Original locations were all destroyed by the last hurricane. This location is temporary and in a race track. The fish tacos were incredible. Definitely the best in PCB. I highly recommend seeking out the race track to try out this place! I can't wait to come back.
Totally LEGIT! You can tell how much the chef loves food by the thoughtfulness he takes in preparing each meal. He was also very nice and answers all my questions. It's a bummer that his boat was destroyed but you can find him inside Kartona. I would seek him out next time we're in Florida!

Don't judge a book by it's cover. This may be a small place inside a gocart racetrack, but the food is better than ur waterfront restaurants. As the name says, it's "just the cook". He works alone and devotes himself to preparing the most delicious dishes. The crab trap is just superb. Good job cook!
