Ordered at 5:15. Received order at 6:20 with substitution of mash for corn on one and mash for fries on the other. The one that had corn out was like jerky. No sauce or juice at all. And the fries on the other were leather. This is prime time on a Sunday night. Check your food before leaving.

i waited 30 mins in drive thru then 30 mins inside then chicken was cold most skin missing and still doughy biskets undercooked. customers in and out with wrong orders. no form of management to lead people there. this store needs to be shut down!!!!!

Please do NOT waste your time with an on line order. Theyakw you done and watch them start it from scratch. It eliminated ability to use drive through and took even longer than just ordering...

I went through the drive though, order a number 2 which was a 3pc chicken. I got to the window, paid, and the lady told me to park and they will bring the food to me. I waited 15 minutes then, I decided to go and get it myself, until I saw the lady with the food. She threw the food in my hand and said she was waiting on fries! But for 15 minutes?! Then I finally got my to work and find out my order was completely wrong. I was not given a receipt. I was given a chicken pot pie, and a large mashed potatoes, when I asked for a small. (Extra side). I haven’t been to a KFC in over a year because of the food and service and i see nothing has changed. I’ve worked in the food industry for 10 years. I understand you might not like your job or care, but it’s a JOB that will help pay your bills! Grow up! CARE!! Even if you just fake it! Don’t treat the customers like crap, when they are coming, making the company business , so you have a job. No customers, no job. No need to get paid Watching cars pass by on the street. So excuse me, I’m going to Popeyes.

If I could give it zero stars I would they we’re supposed to open at 10:30 here it was 11:15 and they had the door locked a older couple has been sitting in there car for 30 mins already . At this time a lady comes out tells us it’s gonna be another 30 mins and the old couple said that’s what she told us 30 mins ago we left and went to another place .

Edit:: There was one polite lady that came to sit in the lobby working there. Thank you for being a decent human being, genuinely. When the food arrived, it was cold and barely crispy. Turn your air fryer temperature up. It will go quicker and the food will be better. )) This restaraunt was deeply disapointing. It was dirty; none of the tables were clean, there's dust and debris on the windows and all over the floor, and we found animal fesces in the bathroom. The food took far too long to cook, I shouldn't be waiting for fried chicken after 30 minutes. The cashier mumbled, although she was polite, but the other woman my family had to deal with was rude. My sister went to go ask for honey and a spork, she proceeded to give her a nasty look and snarled, "There should already be one on the tray." There was only one for two meals between two people. Cheap behavior!! It's really not that difficult to provide a spork to a young girl. Maybe the staff is exhausted but this is insanity. The atmosphere was hostile from the moment we walked in and my entire family has been let down by this restaraunt. I do not reccomend anyone visits.
