I went through the drive though, order a number 2 which was a 3pc chicken. I got to the window, paid, and the lady told me to park and they will bring the food to me. I waited 15 minutes then, I decided to go and get it myself, until I saw the lady with the food. She threw the food in my hand and said she was waiting on fries! But for 15 minutes?! Then I finally got my to work and find out my order was completely wrong. I was not given a receipt. I was given a chicken pot pie, and a large mashed potatoes, when I asked for a small. (Extra side). I haven’t been to a KFC in over a year because of the food and service and i see nothing has changed. I’ve worked in the food industry for 10 years. I understand you might not like your job or care, but it’s a JOB that will help pay your bills! Grow up! CARE!! Even if you just fake it! Don’t treat the customers like crap, when they are coming, making the company business , so you have a job. No customers, no job. No need to get paid Watching cars pass by on the street. So excuse me, I’m going to Popeyes.

If I could give it zero stars I would they we’re supposed to open at 10:30 here it was 11:15 and they had the door locked a older couple has been sitting in there car for 30 mins already . At this time a lady comes out tells us it’s gonna be another 30 mins and the old couple said that’s what she told us 30 mins ago we left and went to another place .

Edit:: There was one polite lady that came to sit in the lobby working there. Thank you for being a decent human being, genuinely. When the food arrived, it was cold and barely crispy. Turn your air fryer temperature up. It will go quicker and the food will be better. )) This restaraunt was deeply disapointing. It was dirty; none of the tables were clean, there's dust and debris on the windows and all over the floor, and we found animal fesces in the bathroom. The food took far too long to cook, I shouldn't be waiting for fried chicken after 30 minutes. The cashier mumbled, although she was polite, but the other woman my family had to deal with was rude. My sister went to go ask for honey and a spork, she proceeded to give her a nasty look and snarled, "There should already be one on the tray." There was only one for two meals between two people. Cheap behavior!! It's really not that difficult to provide a spork to a young girl. Maybe the staff is exhausted but this is insanity. The atmosphere was hostile from the moment we walked in and my entire family has been let down by this restaraunt. I do not reccomend anyone visits.

What in the absolute hell happened to this place?? I’m not kidding the last three or four times we’ve been here the staff hides and is nonchalant about everything. They try their best to get you to leave. The speaker is always broken so you have to drive to the window Which is no big deal, but when you get to the window they tell you there’s a half an hour wait on everything and they roll their eyes when you’re talking to them. The last time we were here, we waited over an hour for our food, which was missing half of everything. I have a large family and when you get home and half of your food is missing it’s not OK! We came back today, trying to give KFC in my area another chance. Everything is literally the same or worse. Every comment I’ve read that is recent is very true! KFC in the Callaway area is no longer getting my business! This place needs a real manager that will come clean house and turn this place around before it goes under. Sorry, KFC this is unacceptable!

Well, 30 minutes must be the magic number. That's how long I waited and I placed my order on line. The place was disgusting, the employees were lifeless, if they could be seen. There was a lobby full of people waiting on food, and they were no where to be found. One guy came out and was giving everybody a thumbs up. Huh? Another employee's pants were below his butt cheeks and his boxers were the only thing covering his ass. A few people came in and turned around and walked out. It was about 60 degrees in there and 40 outside. Everyone was freezing. Now for the food...TERRIBLE! The chicken tasted like the grease hadn't been changed in months and the biscuits tasted like they hadn't ever cleaned the pans they're baked on. Where was the manager? This place needs to be shut down. Apparently KFC doesn't look at it's reviews.

Just went through drive thru, employee claimed a 30 minute wait for food and we shold just go even after we said we would wait. KFC is awesome for employees they pay you to not work, must not need customers.
I haven't been here in 2 years decided to go in tonight on Christmas Eve I walked inside use the restroom walked away from my family to come up then the door was locked they said they closed at 9:00 nothing about the lobby being closed so I drove through the drive-thru get to the drive-thru there's this message that's written on a piece of paper to come to the drive-thru to order when I ordered the food resume like they had no clue what was going on I ordered it to the kids chicken tender two-piece meal with some french fries they took my debit card returned it with no receipt I never gave you my two drinks so I walked inside to get my two drinks it was a lot of chaos people yelling at each other and didn't know what was going on Sat outside and waited at each other couples been waiting for 30 minutes they finally got their food we waited probably another 20 minutes or more to get the food there was a person that worked there with a tattoo on the neck that just had a bad vibe what's really bothering me everybody seemed angry and I kept coming out and telling people they didn't have a certain amount of chicken and can I trade it for this amount and then I get home they gave me these big buckets what two pieces of chicken tenders in each bucket no french fries at all I was very disappointed in a service and the professionalism that KFC lived up to since I was three years old going there I don't recommend going in there I think they should shut that location down or get another new management or put a Church's Chicken there very disappointed Colonel Sanders would be flipping over in his grave right now I hope this helps who out the decides to eat their please don't I felt like I was in the hood

Went to KFC after two other restaurants were backed up. At drive through the order system was broke, sign said pull around to order. Ordered extra crispy and was told it was 10 minutes till any was ready. I asked if any original was ready was was told 10 minutes also. We ordered and was asked to pull ahead to parking area. Received wrong drink but was n big hurry at that point and accepted it. Food took closer to 20 minutes. Bag that our food came in appeared to have been dipped in grease, it was soaking in it. Mind you this was at 12:30pm on Sunday afternoon not 9:30 at night near closing, no food ready, slow service, incorrect order then the bag it was delivered in was greasy. One last shot grounds around restaurant looked terrible, like no attention in the last 10 years. Sad

I had to wait over 30 minutes for my food, just a chicken sandwich combo, and everything has been a terrible experience. The machine is broken to take the orders and the girl at the window was on a phone call and ignored me until she was done with the call. Workers were clearly all on their phone and even seemed annoyed to bring my food out after a 30 minute wait. KFC should shut down this location to protect its brand image and public image for this location
