On my way back of town and went into the drive through. 4 cars ahead of me--no one moved for 15 minutes. People, if it takes you more than 5 minutes to get doughnuts to a customer, you have issues. Please hire the ChikFilA folks to help you figure out how to move product. Needless to say I left the line and went on my way.

Sign advertises reduced price for donut holes if purchased with a dozen donuts. Watch your receipt because you might get charged full price like I was. I went back in to question the overcharge. I was told the reduced price was a Sunday only special. When I pointed to their advertised price on the board above the counter, I was told the lesser price should have come up automatically. I was then asked if I wanted a refund. When I said "yes", I was told no one at the store knew how to give a refund and I'd need to come back the next day.

I've ordered the same coffee at Krispy Kreme in Tallahassee and Dothan multiple times. Every time the coffee is lovely, so much so it's my favorite. I ordered the same thing here, and I almost spit it out. The specialty caramel iced latte tasted old,watered down, and literally had barely any milk. I went in to have it remade or to order something else, but the lady seemed busy and not in the mood to help me. That goes for the man who was in there, too. At least a small nod or smile in my direction would've been nice. Into the trash it went. I know yall do not care, but never again.

Joined the club and got a free dozen. Gave one box to a friend and the other did not make it out of our truck. We def appreciated the hot from the oven donuts. I'm glad the store is a bit away from where we work and live as it does not help my fitness routine and is my fav sugary snack any time of the day.
