Ordered at drive thru. The person at the windows didn't say a word. Got a half mile down the road, grabbed a burger to eat. It wasn't warm, buns were dry and hard. Chili cheese pups were upside down and all over the container. Stopped at the next gas station I came to and put the food in a trashcan. Waste of time and money.. Will not return to this location.

Placed my order 30 minutes ahead of time and when I got there had to wait another 20 minutes. Get home and I'm missing food that I paid for. Also the conformation email I got says the order was ready 10 minutes after I ordered it....tried calling and straight to voice-mail everytime. This was a 70 dollar order and I live 45 minutes away. Never Again.

The Krystals were over cooked and cold. The cheese on Krystals were not even melted. Waste of money.
Went there 2 days in a row, 11pm and 10am…. Still didn’t have 1 HOT burger. I made a special request the next morning for fresh hot, and still go cold. When I held my phone app up to scan it said “the receipt you’re trying to scan has been associated with another number” I never could use the app. The restaurant had 2 people inside and I was the only one in drive thru, and it still took 15 minutes to get our food. Not impressed!

A childhood favorite. Could've received 5 stars, but after asking for my food to be cooked fresh, it was not. Nobody was in the lobby or drive-through that day. The tater tots were redropped, burnt-tasting and hard. The 12 Krystal burgers were equally disappointing. I wanted to take the food back, but decided to keep heading to PCB. I don't understand why it's hard to just make food as requested. Very disappointed when I asked more than once while ordering at the speaker.
