We had an experience where the food we received was unfortunately not up to par, but the store manager, Pamela, completely turned it around for us. From the moment we brought it to her attention, she was professional, kind, and genuinely cared about making things right. She not only corrected the issue quickly, but went above and beyond by adding in a few extra treats that absolutely made my daughter’s day.

I recently went to get lunch and this nice pretty lady i think Pam was her name took excellent care of me she was polite nice and the restaurant was clean and even her boss was nice and polite and even gave me a hug its just the little things that goes a long way
