My family and I took a trip to Panama City Beach to celebrate my son’s seventh birthday, and I found this bakery after doing some research online. I was nervous since I did not know the area and hadn’t worked with the bakery before. Mandy’s Bakery far exceeded my expectations in terms of customer service, cake look and taste, and ease of ordering and delivery. Mandy was responsive and patient with answering my many questions and customized a cool looking Minecraft marble chocolate and vanilla cake that my son loved. She included the details I asked for, and she delivered at the evening time I requested. The cake was delicious, and the box included helpful instructions for storing the leftovers—a nice touch. I highly recommend!

She did some puff/ phyllo pastries for my daughter’s birthday and first communion. On both occasions, they were crowds’ favorite.❤️. My family wants me to order them just because instead of waiting on special occasions.

I do not recommend this person, he committed to making a cake with a design that he could not make and in the end he gave me a very elaborate design.

I'm sorry to say I would not recommend. The bare facts are I asked 2 weeks in advance of Christmas to order tembleque to pick up the 15-20th. She stated she would and to give her my number. I contacted her again the 20th. She replied in a voice message in Spanish which I had to wait to have someone translate for me. She said she didn't do it. My MIL called her and spoke to her and she said she would do it. I paid in advance and she made it. She wouldn't reply to message asking what day to pick up and did not tell us where. She told me where after the pickup time. Just as suspected I couldn't make 1.5hr drive to her place the day before Christmas (I have three children one of which is special needs). This is why I ordered enough in advance to avoid this. I asked if i could pick this up at her next Crestview drop, she said no. I didn't ask for a refund but she offered 1/5 which I said thank you for and accepted because I didn't want to argue and maybe she needs the money more than me. She charged me a fee for the refund (the same fee that I did not charge her, and I didn't render any service or goods to her). I have no doubt her food is probably good. But her business sense isn't very professional or considerate.
