I HAVE never seen or been in a restaurant of any kind this disgusting. I have so many pictures ti share with corporate. Not only was there not a single table clean, but they were filth over filth. The order was no where near accurate, the ice machine had a note that said ' do not use. ' The drink machine was flooding water from the coke dispenser. I tried to eat but was getting more nauseous with each bite so that was a big waste. And I tossed the coke when I went to refil after a lady pointed out that it may be contaminated due to the water overflow. By then I just wanted to vomit. I will never, ever go back. This place should be shut down!!!!!

I didn't even make it to the door or drive thru. All you hear is the employees yelling at customers of all age through the drive thru and front door, which was not abusive to the public. So instead I'm taking my family to the newest one! Good customer service is the most important!

Lobby was closed they said no walk-ups the female worker was overly rude. We came there in a taxi and it left before I knew the lobby was closed and wouldn't let me order through the drive thru without being in a car

Homeless sleeping in parking lot and hanging out in the booths, Dirty, and unkept front. The loud music playing from a Bluetooth speaker was so loud it was hard to place my order. Management should be forced to work at the one on 23rd and 77 to see how Mac Dee's should be. The cashier was more concerned about collecting personal cash and placing it under the counter than ensuring orders.
Y'all! This is the first time I've been to this McDonald's since I graduated high school even though we are locals. The service and food was above and beyond what we get at the beach at other Costa family McDonald's. Thanks to the people working this afternoon!
