I didn't even make it to the door or drive thru. All you hear is the employees yelling at customers of all age through the drive thru and front door, which was not abusive to the public. So instead I'm taking my family to the newest one! Good customer service is the most important!

Lobby was closed they said no walk-ups the female worker was overly rude. We came there in a taxi and it left before I knew the lobby was closed and wouldn't let me order through the drive thru without being in a car

Homeless sleeping in parking lot and hanging out in the booths, Dirty, and unkept front. The loud music playing from a Bluetooth speaker was so loud it was hard to place my order. Management should be forced to work at the one on 23rd and 77 to see how Mac Dee's should be. The cashier was more concerned about collecting personal cash and placing it under the counter than ensuring orders.

Y'all! This is the first time I've been to this McDonald's since I graduated high school even though we are locals. The service and food was above and beyond what we get at the beach at other Costa family McDonald's. Thanks to the people working this afternoon!

All the locals know not to go here, but sometimes you’re in a rush and hungry which is what happened to me today. The food, service and atmosphere 1 star. Waited 40 minutes in store, not counting the time before when I placed the mobile order. At the 40 minute mark they marked my order complete before finishing it and had to ask me what I had ordered. I told them they should have known and requested a refund for the 2nd time. This time the manager had to pay me out of the register because he realized how poorly they handled my order. 15 minutes before this he had told me because I had a mobile counter pick up order he couldn’t refund me. What a joke. Also, nothing but trailer park trash and homeless people in there. On baby Jesus 2 weeks ago there was blood and poo in a pair of grey Hanes briefs in the middle of the men’s bathroom right after I had put in my order. Nothing would make me happier than closing this location and turning it into a bojangles or an empty parking lot. All in all, the manager tried handing me someone else’s food that had been sitting on its side for 15 minutes prior and I told him even if this was my food I wouldn’t have took it because it was cold. Wendy’s, Burger King, anything is better than this

Almost every time I order a mocha with extra shots of espresso I seem to never get it or they dump most of it out to fit in the cup... just use a bigger cup because I paid for ALL of it not a partial... Those espresso shots add up so they need to be aware and actually read the order... I love this mcdonalds because of the ppl but nobody really reads orders right unfortunately and I know because I worked there for a bit....
