Food is ok if you are in a hurry but very overpriced. I pulled into their drive thru this morning at 0846 and pulled out at at 0901 with only 2 cars in front of me.

I ordered at the window got two wraps and a large fry but I said no biggie when they just gave me the wraps so I went inside and WAITED 1 HOUR JUST TO COME OUT WITH NOT A DAMN THING MCDONALDS DO BETTER

June 13th...took our granddaughter to this facility. All tables were dirty the floors were disgusting....the play area has not been cleaned for months. It has black all over and it's not from the designs....I will be calling the health department..plus there was pee on the floors in the female bathroom.i took pictures which will be forwarded to the health department absolutely disgusting

the food was good but the employee at the window didn’t even smile or say a word, and when you roll down the window to wait for the food, the place smells like trash.

Cashier told me 10.68 then get to window the price changed to 12.62 The board said buy 1 get another for 1.00 but then was told that stopped 2 days ago. But yet it was still on the menu board. Manger said it wasn't her problem. Well we won't ever stop at this one again.

All the McDonald's in Panama City take 20 minutes to deliver food, and the restaurant is empty. Seriously? It's fast food. Okay, this happens all the time. Fast food places in Panama City are terrible for service and attention. First, they give me the wrong food, and then they make me wait too long. And they act like they don't care.
