I ordered tartar sauce for my chicken nuggets and did not get the chicken nuggets after a huge discussion! WTF
I’m staying at the Comfort Inn next door to this location. I ordered 4 ice creams on the app & selected in-store pickup. I walked next door & the doors are locked. I had to walk around the building to the drive through (in between the cars that were there waiting) and ask how to get my mobile order. I had to stand in the drive through for my order. I’ve tried this McDonalds 3 times and the fries were always gross. So I decided rather than hold up the drive trough line I would go in and ask them to please make sure the fries were fresh. When I entered there were several employees standing talking in the area by the drive trough which was only about 10 feet from me. McDonald's provides a welcoming experience with professional staff. The people working the drive-through do a great job. This is a busy area because of tourist and Pier Park right near so it is usually busy all the time. The employees do a great job keeping it running. The wait thru the drive thru was a bit long, but the sandwiches were really fresh and hot. The staff did fix it when a sandwich was not made correctly and it looked much better and tasted good. Be prepared for price increases.
