When you’re white and you walk in that store to those folks like that, talk another language, you can feel the racism going on. They are hateful to you refused to make a meal I was there to pick up because I called him out on some BS lol he told me and so he said I’m not making it I’m not gonna let nobody else make it who he was to say that I don’t know but that store is horrible and slow slow slow.

Since living in Panama City, Fl for the last month, this is the worst location I have been too. The food was ok, but there was one lady that was extremely rude at the window when I asked for a extra syrup. Mind you, I had no idea I even had to pay a extra .33 for to begin with. When I nicely asked she began with trying to shove my bag of food in my face before I could ask for anything. When I asked if I could have a extra syrup please she said .33, shut the window and walked off. Keep in mind I had already been sitting in the drive through at the window waiting for 10 minutes or more and she wants to get rude with me. A nice lady then returns and hands me the syrup. I won’t be back at this location as long as I live here. It’s ridiculous, if you hate your job so much then quit!!!

If i could give no stars i would. I ordered my food online 20mins before i picked it up and still had to wait 15 more mins for my food. The cashier was very rude and couldnt seem to focus on staying in the front and getting the line down. She also made a very rude comment about another customer who was elderly and irritated by the poor service we experienced so he left without even getting his food.

Every time I go, they are always so friendly. The people working the drive-through do a great job. I think they need to get more credit for their good work. This is a busy area bc of tourist and Pier Park right near so it is usually busy all the time. The employees do a great job keeping it running .

This is my new WORST McDonald's, burnt nuggets, fries cut into tiny pieces, and the burger meat is terrible! Raw, unsalted, and looks awful.

I'm so impressed with this location. 745pm we just got into the area. Drove 6 hours from Tampa. Of course we were really hungry. I had a double cheeseburger and my husband had a filet-o-fish. Both sandwiches were really fresh and hot. The wait thru the drive thru was a bit long but I'd rather wait and get hot fresh food.

This may have been my worst fast food experience in a few years! The online order and payment procedure was relatively straightforward. I found some items I used to like, and found some deals and placed the order. When I pulled into the parking lot, there was a fairly decent line of about 10 cars. It was a dual line that merged into a single pickup window. The order and organization was horrendous! The line I chose was not moving, and the other line was flowing through much quicker. After 25 minutes, I picked up my order, and the girl told me my spoon was in the bag for the mcflurry. No other Communications occurred. My bacon quarter pounder with cheese was cold and hard and gristly and tasted worse than dog food. It's been an hour since I ate it, and I'm not sure it's going to stay down. All of our Panama City locations seem to have gone downhill in the past couple of years. The Johnstones owned all of our original mcdonalds, and the Costa family who bought a number of franchises, and then ultimately bought out the Johnstones, always had the cleanest stores and the freshest product. After the merger, I have only been to a couple of stores that maintained any sort of quality. I suppose I will be moving on to a different chain

Worst McDonald's I've been at. Gets special orders right maybe 10% of the time. Never has hot fries at drive thru. Went back thru to get hot fries. I politely told employee to please check for freshness and accuracy as this happens ALOT here. Employee says rudely that she just started working there so I didn't need to include her in past experiences. Manager comes over to find out what's going on. She has the nerve to tell me that she doesn't need to replace my fries. She then tells me to pull up. After at least 10 minutes later manager brings them out and accused me of ripping the bag from her hand. This is the closest McDonald's to my house but I will never go back there. Management and employees have always been a problem at this location and any calls or emails to ownership ALWAYS GO UNANSWERED!!!!!
