McDonald's is a restaurant where customers can have experiences ranging from helpful and kind employees to issues with orders. One customer tried to use a reward code on the mobile app, but it was declared invalid. The staff member at the window went out of her way to assist by downloading the app and using her own code. Another customer ordered a sausage/egg/cheese McMuffin, but received a regular egg McMuffin with Canadian bacon instead.
