The person I placed my order with was kinda rude. As the screen didn't reflect what I asked for. She got very snippy with me. Won't be back. The burger was dried out like old shoe leather. It had to have been sitting around for quite some time.

Takes forever, I ordered on the app and they never recieve it. I'm always here for 30 to 40 minutes waiting on my food. Even in person it takes the longest time. The employees ignore you and everything about this mcdonalds suck. Do not recommend.

Ah, McDonald’s — the land of golden fries, drive-thru dreams, and late-night cravings. You’ve been there for me at 2 a.m. after a road trip, during toddler tantrums, and on days when cooking feels like an extreme sport. Consistency is key, and you deliver: salty fries, burgers that hit the nostalgia button, and those little Coke cups that somehow taste better than all other Cokes in the world.
BUT — and it’s a sesame seed-covered but — my gluten-free self is out here in the corner munching on hash browns and apple slices like it’s a kindergarten snack. Throw me a (bun-less) bone! A gluten-free burger bun? A nugget made of dreams and rice flour? I’m not asking for filet mignon. Just let me join the party.
Still, four stars for always being there, for being affordable, and for letting me eat fries with zero judgment. I’ll keep coming back... just with my own sad Tupperware sometimes. 😅

3rd recent bad experience, only this one was worse. We stopped using the drive thru at this location, and now only eat inside. This morning the kiosk was closed, and the cashier taking order couldn't provide a receipt. We notice the total and expected that order had been bungled via overcharge. When the food arrived was supposed to be a bagel meal and single bagel, both minus butt sauce. We received the dine in bag which contained 2 x bagel meals, one with butt sauce. When the cashier returned to corrected bagel, it wasn't even delivered on a tray. Couple this hygiene issue with no paper towels in the restroom, and it makes me wonder how many people their staff are making ill. Since both drive thru and in-store dining are failures we don't think we'll try the App and will just spend our money at better local fast food franchises. No thank you, McD.
