So stopped by here to try to get two quarter pounder meals. Got through the drive-thru food was ordered food was paid for. After the food was paid for they asked us to please move forward because they needed to service other people. So we did. 30 minutes later decided to go in the store and ask why was I not receiving my food. People in the Drive-Thru were readily receiving food and leaving so whenever I walked in I was told that they had given our food to someone else, so they had to make a new order for us. Long story short I thought it was very rude that they didn't relay that to us, so I just asked for a full refund.

Worse McDonald's in the county and unfortunately the only one by my house. We went for lunch yesterday at 2pm restaurant was nasty tables were dirty, i was the first one in the lobby followed by several others a few minutes later. Ordered my food waited around 30 minutes to receive most of my food all of which was cold fries were cold and soggy as they usually are at this location i waited another 15 on a large fry, which also came out cold. Go figure waiting this long for cold food. my son is allergic to onions so i ordered his cheeseburger plain as i always do. Needless to say they were more than happy to smother his burger in onion. Waited at the counter while the manager and most employees ignored me. Finally when an employee asked me what i needed I told her the situation and she told the manager. Now im waiting aprox 10+ minutes for them to remake the burger several other customers had issues with their food and their complaints were also ignored by management. By the time i received the burger everyone else was done with their food so i told my son he can eat his burger.at home or along the way. When he opens his burger to check for onions i noticed not only is their still onions on his burger but you can see where they scrapped the majority of them off this is absolutely disgusting with a complete disregard to a child's health. The manager here needs to be retrained on customer service, and food quality or let go!

This location has gone down hill. The night shift can't do their job. The food was cold. No salt on the fries. Missing items. What is wrong with this store. Needs to be fixed been going on for several months.

I wouldn't know about the food. I pulled into the order window at just before noon. Both lined were moving up until my truck pulled to the order area. Then the other line proceeded to take the next three orders. Not ever switching to my line. My wait was over 10 minutes, with others behind me before I left in frustration as I had only a limited time to be stopped for food.

I'm rating as a delivery service so I can't rate the food except to say I've witnessed many customers coming back in because the order was incorrect.
This store is consistently late. I've had typically 10+ minute waits and as high as 20 minutes. Yesterday, I waited almost 15 minutes for 2 cookies and an iced coffee. The lobby was empty aside from one other driver and the drive thru wasn't extremely busy. The staff ( there were at least 6 people working) practically ignored me without asking me what I needed.
On more than one occasion, I've seen food orders that are hours old just sitting untouched and I can only assume it's because of the ridiculous wait times. I myself had to leave and unassign my order once because I had someone else's order waiting to be delivered. That put a bad mark on my delivery rating. I don't accept orders for this location unless it's too good to pass up, then I pray.
I hate leaving unfavorable reviews. I've worked in the food industry for 3 decades. I've been on both sides of the counter and I know fast food is hard and hectic. However, when the service is so unfriendly and consistently bad, that points to poor management.
