As a business owner I know 1st hand every company has a bad day. while sitting in a long backed up line during the busiest time too might i add. I got to watch somethings happen whether it be from a frustrated worker and a few customers. One worker came out I later found out her name was Tamera and turned EVERYONE'S DAY AROUND.
