If I could give zero stars I would customer service is horrible. The guy at the drive-through was pretty nice, but the rest of the people were rude screwed up my order, which was very simple a sausage Mc griddle with cheese add a sausage patty. That’s it super simple and then decided to argue with me about it when I brought it back into them with only one potty on it and told them that they didn’t do the two patties. I’m sorry, but if I’m going to pay eight dollars for a meal, I expect to get what I ordered, especially when the item used to be like three or four dollars. And this is the class that wants $15 an hour as Minimum wage

Today I went to this McDonald’s haven’t been here in a long time. It really went downhill. I waited in line and there wasn’t much of a line for forty five minutes or just two five dollar meals and the five dollar meals went up to six dollar meals and then I waited in line again for a chicken sandwich that never came. One of the guys that was coming out ignored me then I went up to another guy and I asked him if I could get a chicken sandwich and he said what would you like on it and I told him he came back. I went and sat down hoping it was right it didn’t have none of the ingredients that I told him I want it on there After I repeated it twice to him and the chicken sandwich was old. It’s dirty in there. Customer service is horrible. They’re getting orders out possibly in the drive-through, but not in the inside. The food is not fresh mops are sitting out in the open no dining room tables were clean the managers back there and I don’t know what’s going on. People were complaining about wanting their money back and refunds. It was horrific no organization no nothing

Horrible service everything slow nothing fast food about this place if you want to wait 30-45min for fast food half cooked or old warmed up food. This is the place for you. Complete mess and no the ain’t understaffed there’s like 10 employees at any given time they just slow as molasses. No team work just get it as you get it. Managers don’t seem to handle the employees well ether. This place has completely fell off

Today I found a few small pieces of what I think it's broken plastic. Not sure. Idk what's going on with this place but lately my mc griddles ain't even been cooked all the way. I like quality over quantity no matter how busy..disappointed

I spend 30! Minutes in their drive through! This place is ridiculous! They just don’t take orders in the right lane. Left lane comes and goes but right lane doesn’t move at all! And after 30 minutes I still don’t have my order…. Waiting…. Update: they gave me spicy wrap instead of ranch, so my lunch is trash, since I can’t eat spicy. Wow. Just wow.
If I could give 0 stars I would,I went inside to let grandson play in play ground, I ordered off the kiosk,waited at least 40m for cold food (was not busy) The employees had a no care attitude not that I ever spoke to one but you can tell by their faces, and the place was disgusting with food,napkins on floor the drink dispenser has rust on it and spills all over the floor
