I used the kiosk to order breakfast. I think another customer took my order. Staff was not able to re-make my order or offer a refund before I had to go to work. I left without food or my money. Order# 672 on 8/7/25 at 10:20 AM. Can y'all refund me?

I recently visited the McDonald’s drive-thru and ordered an Egg McMuffin meal with a small orange juice. I was surprised when the order taker said she needed to get a manager to adjust the order for the small drink—something that’s never been an issue before. Typically, I expect to be asked what size drink I’d like, and if anything, encouraged to size up, not down. So this already seemed odd.
When I got to the payment window, my total had jumped from around $8 to nearly $10. I asked why the price had increased and was told it was because I “sized down” my drink. That explanation made no sense, but at that point, I was frustrated and just wanted my meal.
At the pickup window, I asked to speak to a manager and explained the situation. While the manager did apologize, I still ended up paying more than expected without any clear explanation.
Unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there. When I looked in the bag, I realized the hash brown was missing. I was then told my order wasn’t for a meal, but just an Egg McMuffin and small orange juice—despite clearly ordering a meal from the start.
To top it off, the employee I spoke with at the window wasn’t very pleasant and repeatedly called me “honey,” which felt dismissive and inappropriate—especially considering I’m nearly 50 and she appeared to be in her 20s.
Overall, this was a frustrating experience. I left confused, overcharged, and without the full order I had requested. A simple breakfast run turned into a headache.

This is by far the laziest most unorganized and unprofessional McDonalds I been to in my life not just from one visit but almost 2-3 times a week I come here they just push everyone to the parking spots instead of handing food at driveway and literally mess up my order almost every single time or just plain out forget about me and let me just sit in parking lot. Not to mention most of their staff is very very rude including their managers in the red shirts….. I don’t leave reviews often but this I had to… they absolutely suck and need a whole new staff or team leader atleast

Placed my order on the app waited forever for my order! Then fries were cold. Coke was horrible didn’t taste like a coke. Like dirty water. Tried calling to talk to the manager to try the coke out of the machine for themselves and no one answered the phone
Disrespectful woman in the drive thru she refused to even take my order after i sat in the drive thru forever. Said she had a 20 min hold to take any orders.. ridiculous.

McDonald's is kind of hit or miss for me. Sometimes it's a great experience and other times it's a tragic event. If the Costa Family would spend a little money training the staff and send their managers to class to appreciate the customer more we would all reap the rewards. This visit WAS very good. Thank you

Ordered two chicken sandwiches. One regular and the other with ketchup instead of mayo. Both sandwiches came with mayo. The famous fries were under cooked.

Sometimes this McDonald's is a 5 out of five but I don't know what has been going on as since they reopened the inside. I believe this restaurant should be drive-thru only. Or they need to desperately increase the size of their staff.
