Mobile app order, drive through pick up. Received the wrong food and didn't get all of my food. Went inside to get it straight and was told I had what I ordered except for a hash brown. The employee was nice but clearly did not know what comes with the order. One item on my order was a big breakfast with steak. Should have come with egg, biscuit, steak and hash brown. Instead, came with hotcakes instead of a hash brown, which is an entirely different order yet he told me it was correct. The food was cold and the steak was full of grisle. The whole place was chaos and no one appeared to know what they were doing, they offered me three different orders at the window before they found mine and it was still wrong.

Waiting on our burger that’s cooking but it’s cold, threw our food at us and slammed the window with no condiments after an hour wait in line

Save yourself a lot of frustration by avoiding the Costa Family McDonald's on Martin Luther King Blvd in Panama City, Florida like you would the plague. Afternoon and evening shifts are the worst. They employ lazy, vulgar, unprofessional, and incompetent employees who couldn't care less about doing their jobs correctly. Tables and floors are often left dirty. Tonight was the final straw for me. 32 minutes for a three item meal that ended up incorrect as usual. No sorry for the wait, apology for the wrong order, nothing. Just incoherent grunts. The worst part is that even though their ratings on Google are horrid, this Costa Family McDonalds shows zero care about their customers by refusing to address the problems. I'm done with this toxic relationship. Heed my advice: JUST DON'T!

Food was eh. Saw some middle aged man call the cops on a dude for taking a dump. Sad, but that’s probably why he works at McDonald’s not even a manager

Would give this place a zero if I could. People were yelling on the microphone and when I got to the window they were talking and yelling and not paying attention to what they were doing at all. However there was a man at the second window who was very sweet so that made up for some of it.

Nice place but the employees dont have time to run the front counter . I had to place a online order to get anything but they never payed any attention to the front counter for more than 30 minutes . I only order a plain hambuger it just seems like they did not have time to talk to me and asked me about my order because I only ordered a very simple item and that was it after about 35 minutes exactly somebody brought me what I ordered out and there was 15 people behind me

I do run Deliveries, and I am often inside this location. Aside from the abnormally Long wait time for food , sometimes reaching 30minits for 2 burgers and frys.

Myself and other drivers have witnessed a young blond kind with a Bob haircut , instigating conflict with customers and other drivers.
I witnessed this kid start a argument and then have his manager remove the coustom who was in there right to be offended by this kids attitude. .
I have attempted to contact management and it appears as if this location don't wish to fix there situation.

The people at other locations are not hostile like this one. Careful. They will try to get you to loose your cool. Don't do it. !
