Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Came here with a large group and everything was really good. Its been a long time since I've had Olive Garden and it was nice.

Waitress spilled water all over my wife and her clothes were soaking wet! Just got an apology from the Waitress. We know that accidents happen, but should have had a little compensation taken off the bill, especially since my wife had to walk around in a wet dress for the rest of the day!!!

Typical Olive Garden restaurant. Service is generally good overall and we've never had to wait to be seated for dinner on weekends or weekdays (party of 2). Portion sizes are large and we almost always stake leftovers home. We don't ever get handed the Andes mints though.

We had a great server and the food was great. However it was extremely cold in the restaurant. My daughter who doesn’t usually get cold, was freezing. Our entire table was freezing. Because of this coldness, our food got cold quickly. This was the case this past Saturday.
You keep your restaurant entirely too cold for customers to be able to enjoy the dining experience.

My husband and myself ate dinner here last night.
I will tell you this was not a pleasant experience for us. We don't get out often so when we do we try to enjoy our time.
We were sat quickly, very excited as I have a noise issue loud noises hurt my ears. Also Misophonia which is awful. We were sat in a booth that was all by itself. So we took this as a sign that all was going to be well.
We sat for a few min, say possibly 5 to 6 min, then a young girl came running by letting us know she'd be with us in a moment. We were ok with this !

When our server finally did came to the table. She seemed stressed out and very busy.
We immediately gave her our drink Order as well as our salad and appetizer Order.
It took her a good few minutes to come back with our drinks, again no issue there, she was busy.

We waited for our app, and salad. It took quiet a long time to come, simply speaking as it was. Alfredo, breadstix, and mozzarella Stix. Salad and Zuppa. I'd say close to 20 min or more, for salad, breadstix, cheese Stix.

My husband and I were on a date, so we were playing a game in the machine, so time moved slow but quickly as we kept ourselves occupied, and we did have the bread and salad. It had been quiet a while at this point. I'd say close to 30/40 min or so give or take.
Again, we stayed calm up until. The server brought mashed potatoes to the table.....
Sitting them on the table, telling us she wanted to drop these off so they didn't spoil under the lamp, there's a huge party.

I immediately started to ask why and was so confused at the same time, she was gone before I could even think really. Another server heard my words but walked away. The potatoes were hard, and old.

We were fine not having them if that means we didn't have all of our food?

I spoke to my husband thinking maybe the food may be coming soon. Still, why send out old mashed potatoes with no meal? Only the side item.

Another server seemed to not like our conversation and started slamming dishes behind our heads 🙄 extreamly rude. We had the right to understand why we only got a side item while she told us our food was going to be a bit still due to the party?

Our food eventually came. 20 min later
My husband's food ordered, Salmon. He said seemed old or over cooked.
When the food was brought no potatoes were given. We had to ask for new ones to be brought with his meal?

I ordered chicken tort Alfredo. NO CHICKEN.
The tort was funky tasting and the noodles were almost rubbery as it seemed to had been sitting.
It could have been that no chicken, maybe???

It was hard to get our server to our table the few times she was there she was pleasant. Just very
Busy.

No manager came to talk to us about our experience, though we didnt ask. We were kind of just sat and left. We paid and left.

I'd hope to have a much better experience considering we don't get out often.

Very poor good quality since it came to the table with a side of hair in it from the kitchen. Returned it for a new plate. Got that and a whole new charge for it other bill. This one came back with a spoon. Alfredo and a spoon. Imagine that. Tried to talk to the waitress twice and she wa always walking away before I could finish my sentence so both times I got peppers and onions in my salad. This is happening right now. At this rate I just told her I'd like a togo box. We will not be returning here. We were from NY on a trip and this quality of service would never last in NY. Best wishes to anyone else who attempts this specific location . What a memory. I'll be sure to share it with all friends and family for a good laugh regarding the comparison of the same chain restaurant in our home state. What a joke.

I just really didn't like what I ordered, but the service is great ,and bread sticks are great ,love their unsweetened tea .my daughter really enjoyed her meal 😀

Kid-friendliness: Yes kids there was happy and well behaved 😊

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes ,we didn't need it,but there for the person that does.

Took my son to dinner there last night and had great service at the bar dining area. Server/Bartender was attentive, professional, and prompt. Food was good and had no issues. I should have made a note of the server's name for next time.

Haven't eaten here in awhile and decided to have lunch. I ordered the cheese ravioli and the pasta soup.. there is usually meat in the soup this had none and their bread sticks were very bland as there wasn't much seasoning on them. The ravioli was ok and the portions seem to be alot smaller than I remember ...my server was very nice and attentive.

Our server, Jessica, was fantastic. I've been to OG many times through the years. I ordered the shrimp and chicken carbonara. It wasn't bad, but I would probably order something different next time.

Picked up Alfredo with shrimp drove 10 minutes home. There was no Alfredo sauce on it. The noodles weren’t even cooked all the way. This was the worse experience I’ve had from this restaurant.

Olive Garden gave me a free meal for Veterans Day. I am very appreciative of their support of Veterans. I will continue to eat here throughout the year.
