Went in to purchase a gift card, they were out. Bartender was very rude about it. Hostess was at least nice enough to say that they have them at Target. Easy to guess where the bartender falls on Santa’s list.

I ordered from the catering menu and chose to do curbside pick up. I live in a different time zone and accidentally chose 11 AM to pick up my food which is noon my time. Upon arrival, it was a 10 minutes till 11 my time which is 10 minutes till 10 this particular Olive Garden‘s time. I called. Someone answered the phone. I spoke to them told them what I had done and had them look up my order which was nothing but salads, breadsticks Alfredo sauce, and a pan of chicken fingers for the kids. I explained to him that I was an hour and a half early and he said that they should be able to get it a little bit early. So I sat in their parking lot and watched a minimum of 12 employees come in no customers whatsoever no pick up the inside building wasn’t open . You would’ve thought they could’ve gotten there only curbside pick up order ready in this amount of time, however I am still sitting here at 11:09 waiting for my food. I just called inside and was told we were waiting on fresh bread and it would be 5 to 10 more minutes.I’ve been here for an hour and 20 minutes and yes, I chose the wrong time on the pick up however they have not done anything for anyone since I’ve arrived it is Christmas time and I would’ve appreciated a little bit of kindness. Or at least for it have been done at 11 like I chose. I really wish I wouldn’t have tipped them now.

So I'm on my lunch hour. And I placed an order for pick up at 11 o'clock. Because I was going on the Olive Garden website. If that is incorrect, you should change it. But I chose a 11 o'clock pick up here. I am at 11:23 and my food still isn't out here. My lunch hour is nearly over.

The food was as if it was from the previosu day. I did order first thing in the morning. Breadsticks were as if they just barely unthawed.

Went for Veterans day. It was very busy as to be expected. Despite the dinner rush and lower bills that would come in from the comped meals our server Katrina was great.
We were seated surprisingly quick after initially being quoted a 30 minute wait. She apologized when it took a bit longer to get our sons drink (milk) because it needed to come from the bar. Checked on us multiple times and got our meals out in a timely manner. Overall we received great service under the higher pressure of a busy night like this.
