We had Christmas dinner here and I was a little hesitant about it from previous encounters at other Outbacks. But this one was amazing food, service, everything was really good and I most definitely will be back

Wife and I went in today around 3:40 ordered the lunch deal with the steaks as we immediately sat down. We both ordered medium steaks. Exactly 4 tables in the whole restaurant and it took 45 minutes for food to come out. Wife’s drink sat empty a while during appetizer of the blooming onion. Waiter passed by several times her drink at the edge of the table. When the steaks finally came wife’s steak was completely burnt like jet black all across the top extremely well done. She told the lady that brought it that’s way over medium and burnt. She just said ok. Finally after about 15 minutes of waiting I just said forget it and gave her my steak and took hers. Tried to cut into it and no joke I was shaking the table so hard cutting into it I spilt some of my tea. After about 20 minutes in we see finally see the waiter and told him. Just a blank expression on his face and said ok I can make you another one. Keep in mind waited 45 minutes in a basically empty restaurant for a steak to get way over cooked, and we told the first person immediately then another 20ish minutes for the waiter to finally show up with everything cold, so just told him forget it because we couldn’t wait another 20-30 minutes for another steak and the wife was already done eating. Never once in the time we told the first person, second waiter til we left did we ever see a manager nor offered one. Wife not happy at all didn’t even order desert she was looking forward to because was just terrible service and the food ordeal and she was just ready to go. You could tell our waiter just hated being there or something because he was never around. Even had to put our to go order in the little app thing on the table after the appetizer.

Great service. My go to place for a good steak. The fried mushrooms are my favorite. Our server was awesome. Was there for a Birthday and Anniversary dinner.

The staff here are so personable. On the other hand ALL of them could use training on how to properly serve their tables. As a former server I cringe alot when watching the wait staff do things that could result in injuries for patrons and themselves. This seems to be an issue at every restaurant that I have the pleasure to visit.
