The worst customer service ever. Drive thru wait is absolutely ridiculous with just two cars in line.

Absolutely a crap experience. Not once but twice. Both times involve excessive wait times, this last time was 45 minutes in the drive through only to be told they didn't have what I wanted or even half of what was on their menu.
I don't know what happened, but unfortunately this place has fallen off into the abyss.
They use to have really good food and still might but without being able to ever get anything to eat even with excessive wait times its impossible to say.

The first time I thought was a fluke with slow drive through. The second time proved it's par the course. 15 minutes of waiting and we have yet to reach the box. And there's no way to even get out besides driving through.

I always go to this Panda Express but pulled in the drive through around 9:02pm and asked for my order and said they’re were out of Beijing Beef, broccoli and beef, and more and I asked if they could maybe just make more since they close at 10pm and there was still a good amount of time, and since I’ve had to order 3 different entrees of what I’d normally get since they were out of so much , the worker said “Uh no..we can’t sorry.” If you’re in food service, I get it I’ve worked it before but cmon, you don’t stop making food an hour before close just because it’s almost time to go home. You’re paid for a reason. 0 starts on customer service.

Extremely disappointed with my experience at Panda Express. I placed my order and waited over 45 minutes with no acknowledgment at all. The customer service was awful—rude and completely unhelpful. No one gave any updates or even apologized for the long wait. To top it off, when I finally got my food, they didn’t even include my cream cheese Rangoon’s. This was one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had. I won’t be coming back.

“Kweli Requires performance Counseling”
I’m writing to share feedback about a frustrating experience I had at your restaurant involving the manager, Kweli. I placed my order through the app shortly after 7:36 PM and arrived at the location six minutes after the app indicated my food would be ready. Despite this, I waited an additional 33 minutes before receiving my order. I still remain patient and polite because I understand the mechanics of the Restaurant business.
During that time, I observed not only a lack of urgency but also a concerning level of unprofessionalism from Kweli. She was rude to me, the guest before me, an Uber driver, and even her own cook. Her demeanor was dismissive and cold, which made for a very unpleasant atmosphere in the restaurant.
Unfortunately, this lack of professionalism extended to the food itself. The chow mein and cabbage were undercooked, and the orange chicken seemed rushed and not properly cooked … likely due to the high volume of in-person guests and takeout orders. It’s clear that operational stress, poor communication, and strained staff relationships are impacting food quality and service.
Only three out of every 100 people speak up when they’ve had a bad experience, and just one in three of those actually take the time to write a review. That raises a serious question: how many guests are walking away from this location disappointed because of Kweli’s attitude, without ever saying a word? If even a few of us are speaking up, it’s likely many more are simply choosing not to return.
As a business owner myself, I understand the challenges of managing high-volume operations. However, having a manager who treats guests and team members poorly … no matter how efficient she may be in other ways … is a liability. A strained relationship between a manager and the kitchen staff will always be reflected in the guest experience and in the final product served.
I hope this feedback is helpful in guiding improvements that will elevate both the service and quality standards at your establishment. Thank you for taking the time to listen.

This was my first time. I did come at a time when it wasn't so busy. The drive through was busy but not the inside. They looked like they were catching up after a rush. Super friendly. I think the manager was the one that helped me (Ashley). Just helpful, the food was good and they were quick. If anything, this is where you go if you want it FAST. Panda Express isn't ever going to be my go to Chinese restaurant. But for what it is, I was more than happy wait the quality, price, and drive. Place was clean and everyone seemed pretty well focused in what they were doing. If they manager was the one that helped me, good job. Good service starts at the top and you are proving it.

Environment was so positive and friendly that I was genuinely shocked and had to leave a review. Staff were all smiling and looked to be having a good shift even when it was busy. Food was fresh. Noticeably great experience

I have never had a problem with Panda before until now. I ordered a family meal and one of my entrees had a bug in it and we completely lost our appetite. I don't think I will be eating Panda anymore amd will be deleting the app
