Went for lunch Monday march 17th around 11 or 12pm today and the sides were just not good at all the chow mein was very dry and a super light color other parts were darker than the rest it’s usually the same color throughout I come here a lot and it’s never been this bad I’m not sure what was different today but something was very off there were very large chunks of egg in the fried rice usually they are very small pieces I’m not sure if this location has a new cook but I’m really hoping it’s better next time. Other than the food the ladies who made my plate and the lady who checked me out were all very nice. I’m satisfied with the service I received today but not the side items for my food !

First off the prices weren't bad, food tasted pretty decent, but the msg gave me a monster headache and hour later, and there was an EXTREMELY high woman shoveling food in her mouth like it was her first meal in weeks, while her 2 very young, I'm going to say like 18 and 30 months old daughters ran amuck, getting food absolutely everywhere and she didn't even look up or acknowledge either of them! Literally didn't look up once! The staff ignored her and I almost called dcf but she disappeared into the parking lot before I had a chance
My son husband and I came to panda on 23rd street in Panama city today at 142pm we spent over $40 and delt with a very rude cashier/ expediter (Kat) she acted like some one s*** in her Cheerios this morning- she was horrible to deal with- throwing the metal food trays down into the service line and her attitude from the moment we walked in made us want to eat elsewhere- how hard can your job possibly be that your taking it out on paying customer? Bottom line she needs to be replaced - food was fantastic though! It would be a 5 star review of Kat didn't screw that up with her bad attitude
Beef and broccoli entree had 3 small sliver pieces of meat. Bowl was mostly rice. Egg roll had a nasty taste.

Found metal in my food. I contacted the corp on the 21st of last month and no one has contacted me. Really. No wonder your company is going down the drain!!! I will post this everywhere I can so that everybody knows what a crappy company this is!!!!

Typical fanfare, food was served at room temperature. The dinning area was clean The portions were small. The price point was as expected. The wait times were short even though there was a short line when we arrived. Seats were comfortable.
I placed a takeout order and arrived when their email said my food was ready and was standing in the store for over an hour and a half while they keep making the walk in orders and ignored all the takeouts never again place is doodoobutter

I have been to better Panda's. I hate getting the last of food from a bowl that only has a little in it and not full. I feel like I am getting the last bit of the rice or chicken, and it is not hot. I have experienced better Panda Express' in other locations.

But they don't have staff that speak Spanish, nor do they understand the English of those of us who speak Spanish. They also don't tell you that the shrimp dish has a different price.
