Disgusting nasty inside, not ONE clean table. Food was lukewarm and service was absolutely terrible. The man NEVER smiled, not ONE time. When we walked up to order, no one greeted us or say “we will be with you in a moment” they all just kept working the window orders while two stood around looking at each other then finally Mr. I’mMiserableWorkingHere took our order. Won’t talk me into eating here again

If I can get this place zero I would the service here is absolutely atrocious. There is no point coming to this Panda Express on your lunch Break because you will waste your entire break waiting for your food, managers and staff don’t care either

Last couple of times I have visited orders are taking longer than usual. The staff just looks at you. Wouldn't be an issue today if there was many ppl in the lobby. The managers are not caring

They back burner any orders that come from online?They put drive through and walkin's first.So if your order is online you will have to wait for the lobby to clear out before they complete your order

the food is good but the employees are extremely rude!!i called about my uber eats order because my driver decided not to take it and they gave it to him anyway!! .We called to see how to fix the situation and the guy said it didn’t matter it’s a 3rd party thing.I asked my new uber eats driver if she could ask if they could remake it and they talked rudely basically yelling while i was on the phone repeatedly saying no.

This place is always trying to shut down super early. Tonight they blamed it on a truck being due tomorrow, but I seriously doubt that's true when you can see the prepped stuff in the fridge. And maybe you run out of one item or you're missing an ingredient for something, but how do you run out of fried rice, yet have rice for white rice? I don't buy it. Especially, since this seems to be common when I stop by after work. I honestly think this might be my last stop for a long while, which is disappointing because the food is good if they have what you want. Do better Panda. Work on your management, half a line of options an hour and a half before closing is unacceptable in my opinion.

One Star for the following...
1. First off, I walk in up to order. This lady looks me straight in my eye and looks back and continues to wipe the counter. Didn't say a word and kept wiping. Ok, is she the one that takes my order? Is finishing and about to take my order? Is she mute? I mean what's going on? And her face, she had the resting face. Maybe set more customer service oriented people for the customer facing roll. Not a good first impression.
2. A guy finally walked over to me. I asked to try the hot orange chicken. Well, they don't do samples anymore. Guy told me they don't do it so be sure if I like it or not before I order it.... Umm.. ok. I'm just gonna magically know. Got it. Which he was not nice about.
So the first two people a customer comes into contact with are not warm and welcoming. Maybe this is your culture here if it is, you're on fire!
Only person that was nice to me was the lady that checked out, Lia. She get a 5 Star. Just my two pennies.

Food menu is well rounded but often items are under or overcooked. Portions depend on who helps you. Sometimes skimpy on actual entrée.
Especially on drive through. Go in and get more bank for your buck. Food tastes good when done right.
