I asked for one thing. No tomato, but when I opened my sandwich, there were 5 slices of tomato not none.

This location is hands down the best Panera Bread I have ever visited! They are extremely accommodating and very friendly. I highly recommend this location!

This place typically can not keep enough orange scones on hand. On occasion, I'll buy 5 or 6 for my family to enjoy together at home. Usually, whoever makes them puts a scant amount of orange glaze on them with what appears to have been applied by a fork. However, the orange scones I purchased a couple of days ago were a carb-junkie's dream. Their was a very good amount of orange glaze, which also seemed to help lock in moisture because they were not dry at all! Great job, folks. Keep it up.

U walk in and u look at the menu above the counter. Once u decide, u walk up to the register. I decided on the in season soup and salad. It's a pick two. U get 1/2 a salad size and a cup of soup. U will also b asked if u want chips, bread or an apple. I chose the fresh bread to dip in my soup. I skipped the pastries. I was given a pager. Found a table and waited for my buzzer to let me know my order was ready. A quick process. Staff was friendly. Place was clean.

Drive thru ordered bread bowl mac and cheese and only given small cup of Mac & cheese. Got all the way home and don’t want to waste gas to drive back. Bread bowl is in the name of the item and still couldn’t get it

The food was okay, but the service was worse than any I’ve ever received. I believe her name was Serenity, but I’ve never met someone more rude. I don’t know how these people are in management

I placed an order for the Baker's dozen bagels online for pickup at 7am! This was my first time with a catering order and it went well. I did not know that I could've had the bagels toasted until I showed up! I wish the website had better order directions! There is a catering manager who said to call for more information!

This location needs some serious leadership. No one seems to know what’s going on, I ordered a cobb chicken salad and did not even get the chicken… It’s a great location and the food taste good. The service is just poor, but they may just need more staff.

How do you advertise a special, then, when you attempt to order it via the stupid kiosk, they (the kiosk) advises you that they have run out of the product (ciabatta dippers)? Then also there was NO ONE around to ask the appropriate questions?
DO NOT GO TO PANERA BREAD!
