The food is great. The atmosphere is good but the place needs to be expanded. The staff is friendly in the drive through. Unfortunately, the cooks, meal prep staff don't always get the customized orders correct. I've driven off several times before with an incorrect order. It never happens with regular orders, only ones where ingredients might be slightly different from those on the standard menu.

Went to Panera Bread this evening! And got a you pick two bacon turkey bravo sandwich and chicken noodle soup . It was 🤤! Fast Service & Good Customer Service. Very warm environment!

Today we went to Panera Bread. We usually have lunch here often with our child. Today, however, the service left much to be desired; the service at the counter was very rude. A very unpleasant girl, a blonde, answered very rudely and didn't give us the complete order. One part of the order was given separately, and the other part separately. I am very, very disappointed with this restaurant. They need to improve their customer service.
My sandwich today was almost inedible. The bread was so hard I could not bite through it...seriously whoever made this sandwich is done with working there bc there is no way they missed how hard/old something that bread was. Then I open to scrape off the filling to salvage my money and have something for lunch at work... when I open my sandwich I'm like does one of my ex's work here and this is a joke...on a WHOLE sandwich about 8 pieces of steak on a Ciabatta cheesesteak. No none of my ex's work there but yall treated my sandwich like it was personal. Yall got my money, my time I waited on that. Yall did me wrong!

The food was messily put together, I paid for delivery as well and ordered the bacon Mac n cheese and paid extra for the bacon, but received it normal without any bacon. If I put my money into an establishment, I expect the order to be read correctly, you’re paid to work not throw food together in a sloppy way until you shift is up. I expected better from a Panera and service workers. I’ve worked in the food industry, seeing how it was put together made me feel like a wasted my money.

Havent been in years and saw some new breakfast items. 4/4 items were all gross or inedible. The expresso tastes like dirt and old rural gas station coffee combined. The free choclate crossiant was like a brick, i had to use max strength to even pull it apart. Even the crossiant bread for 2 of the sammys was mush.
