Ordered pizza online for pickup at 5:15. They made it immediately at 3:45 according to the email and website.... Confirmed by cold stale pizza by the time I was able to get there just after 5:00. This was the first and last time ordering Papa John's! Pay attention people!

Lesson learned never order delivery from papa John’s when they don’t have enough delivery drivers they will ask door dash to deliver I never got my food. Never trust delivery always do walk in.

Obviously, the pizza tastes good, but we asked for well done and had to throw the pizza in the oven when it got here, and the boneless garlic parmesan wings, don’t even have to talk about those it was just bad.. it had to have been one of the first orders on a Sunday so we were a little disappointed, thought it would be better that early.

SAVE TIME, AVOID THIS PLACE! We ordered our pizza which had a 40 min wait on delivery- we didn’t mind. We waited an hour and no one ever showed up. We called the store shortly after and the employee said there’s no drivers, understandably we asked if we could just pick up our food really quick (which we would’ve done originally if they had just communicated with us) and the employee said no, that he would have to just give us a refund. Extremely disappointing and terrible customer service over the phone, ruining the plans we made for the night.
Shortly after our phone conversation a door dash driver (very,very, kind man, I felt bad for him) arrived with our pizza completely smashed against one side of the box apologizing saying that’s how he received it.
Highly recommend Marcos, they saved the night!

The most incompetent management and pizza delivery ever. Waited over an hour to get pizza and watched the delivery man go everywhere but my home. When I I contacted the store, spent 11 minutes on hold and the manager, Keri, was useless and offered lame excuse that it was Friday night and they were “busy.” Seriously, show me a restaurant that is NOT busy between the hours of 4:30 and 8:00 PM, she offered the even lamer statement that she was “sorry.” She was definitely NOT sorry nor felt any genuine remorse. Do not order food from this organizati9n.

We ordered a large pepperoni and mushroom pizza for delivery. I've always loved Pappa John's dough and sauce. Well this pizza was definitely not like I've always gotten from Pappa John's! The crust was thin and hard. I felt and tasted like a frozen pizza! It was NOT the same dough or crust. The sauce was sweet and not the usual. There was barely any cheese on the pizza. It was terrible. We each barely ate one piece and threw the rest away. We were so disappointed. We won't order from Pappa John's anymore!DenisePappa John's 23rd st Panama City FL

THE WORST EXPERIENCE. We bought $40+ in order to redeem free delivery. WELL, silly me, put the wrong address. Sweet man answered the phone, but he could not understand why it was trying to charge us $10 more to simply change the address. Nonetheless, I asked for a manager to see if we could comp that money or what our options were. Manager, Bryan Boyer, told me that the system does that & there’s nothing he can do. He informed me that he was in the middle of a dinner rush & that I had already taken up 10-15 minutes of his coworkers time…. So I asked him if that meant he wasn’t going to help me or? He proceeded to speak over me. We never resolved the issue. I asked for a refund & for the order to be cancelled. Its my husband birthday & we had a feast coming, so we are very disappointed.

I understand that the computers do their own thing & that is out of the staffs control, but when did it become acceptable to speak to customers this way… My dad is hiring in the construction industry if you need a new job, Bryan.

Buyer Beware! Took three hours to receive our pizza. The pizza was cold and disgusting. Of course, it sat for three hours. You know Domino's had the integrity to tell us it would be two hours. How about answering the phone also. Business 101.I guarentee we will get a refund tomorrow. Never experienced anything like this ordering pizza.

Said pizza was ready, went in to get the pizza and waited for 35 minutes just for them to tell me that it would be another 20 minutes.
