It's actually not a one-star it's a half a star. It took 30 minutes to be seated thr tables and the floors were sticky and the waitress was super scripted. The quality of the food was poor. The flavor was good but the toppings were so messy they fell.of the crust on one of.our pizzas and the other pizza the toppings were uncooked.

$29 for 2 drinks and 2 buffets at pizza hut absolutely ridiculous. The one only waitress was very good. The only waitress. All the pizza was cold .absolutely only 3 people in there .the noodles and sauce was good .but the pizza was very cold .the price is outrageous 😳. No wonder nobody was there .

This used to be the place to go. Unfortunately, the one server that was awesome is either gone or out. The current server cannot handle it and they need to give her help. You may get one drink refill if you are lucky. Thankfully, the pizza is usually fairly decent. The management needs to step it up. However, they have lost my business.

Love the Pizza Hut buffet. They even have it on Sundays. Buffet is more on Sundays. If I had one negative thing to say it would be on Sundays don't charge more for the same thing you get through the week because its Sunday.

I ordered food for my family, it was marked delivered. I gave them 20 minutes to make sure they weren't just marking them delivered early to meet some sort of corporate metrics but it didn't come. I called the store several times to get help. It was answered and I would explain my lost food and would be put on hold for 10 minutes before I'd hang up to call back. This happened 6 times before we gave up, we had to do a chargeback for the non-delivered dinner and we won't be ordering from here again. So sad to see so many recent negative reviews about this place. We had a terrible experience though so I definitely get it. They never delivered our food and the store never called back to let me know what happened to our order. I talked to two different employees, the second guy couldn't understand why I was concerned.

i ordered the new cheesy crust pizza because i was seeing it everywhere and was so excited to taste it and it was horrible, not only did i wait like 10 min after the app said my foood was ready, the gave me the wrong sauce i asked and the pizza was cold, really cold and tasted old. Not okay. It was definitely heated again to give it to me because it was not fresh whatsoever. Couldnt even finish it.

Waitress was very attentive. Very few guests were dining in, but the fresh pizzas for the buffet came slowly. When they brought the fresh pizzas there was so many people wanting fresh hot pizza that if you weren't actually that buffet you were going to get anything till the next round. With that being said the food was good. I'm a Pizza Hut fan from way back. So it would have to be awfully bad for me to say something too terribly negative. And one more thing, keep the super supreme thin and crispy coming, y'all at Pizza Hut. See you next time. Bye
