i ordered the new cheesy crust pizza because i was seeing it everywhere and was so excited to taste it and it was horrible, not only did i wait like 10 min after the app said my foood was ready, the gave me the wrong sauce i asked and the pizza was cold, really cold and tasted old. Not okay. It was definitely heated again to give it to me because it was not fresh whatsoever. Couldnt even finish it.

When I go to a pizza buffet I expect pizza to be on the buffet. How is there no pizza? The pasta is running out also. I wanted a quick lunch. Disappointment is all I taste.

Waitress was very attentive. Very few guests were dining in, but the fresh pizzas for the buffet came slowly. When they brought the fresh pizzas there was so many people wanting fresh hot pizza that if you weren't actually that buffet you were going to get anything till the next round. With that being said the food was good. I'm a Pizza Hut fan from way back. So it would have to be awfully bad for me to say something too terribly negative. And one more thing, keep the super supreme thin and crispy coming, y'all at Pizza Hut. See you next time. Bye

I ordered delivery. It said it was delivered at 10:08pm. I go check, no pizza. I call the 23rd store multiple times....No answer. I called the Cherry St store. Tell him my issue because they ANSWERED. He says that's an issue with that store. Ok. I block my number and call the 23rd store. They answered! Imagine that 🤔 Guy said she's on her way. Mind you, this is at least 10 minutes after it says my order was delivered. She finally shows up at 10:24. Pizza cold and not even good. Just don't waste your time and money. I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering. This place really needs to be shut down and reevaluated before trying to service customers. This is horrible.

Ordered the pizza and 16 wings deal. Website said he got delivered but I waited another 5 minutes to call the store to make sure it wasn’t a glitch. When I explained that the order wasn’t delivered and maybe they delivered it to the wrong address the lady argued with me like there was no chance the driver delivered to the wrong address. She then said he delivered it to the right apartment and I explained Its a house not an apartment. She then said the manager isn’t in so I couldn’t talk to them and she’s talk to the driver when he gets back. The driver showed up with my order 20 minutes later saying it was the websites fault because there was another delivery close by… weird.
Waist of money food was late and nasty 🤮 never again I will eat at domino's way better

Would definitely give 0 stars if I could. Staff never knows what they’re doing so they shout back to a manager, you can hear the manager scream back then you get put on hold to speak with said manager and your call then never gets answered. They can’t find orders even though you have email confirmation, says the system is too slow to pull it up. I’ve ordered a certain pizza multiple times (to give the benefit of the doubt of maybe them just having a bad night) just for the same pizza to come for the third time, once again completely wrong. On top of that, my order is cold when I live 5 minutes from the location. Won’t be giving them the benefit of the doubt anymore.
