This place of business should be shut down! I have NEVER had to deal with people who are so rude and careless about their job! The manager hangs up on people and claims their being rude after having to repeat myself muiltple times. They don’t have this or that and when you ask a questions she rude. If you don’t like the public, then don’t work at a place you have to deal with customers! I wanted to give ZERO stars!

Service was great. Super friendly people but the pizza was nothing how I remember it used to being. The dow didn't even rise at all and there were still raw parts. I got a hand toss and it looks equivalent to a thin crust. Crust was not only thin but even as hard as a rock like it was sat out for days. Pizza hut used to be good but this was probably the saddest pizza I have ever seen in my life

Incredibly bad service. Both of our pizza orders were prepared incorrectly (missing toppings/wrong toppings). When pointed out, our waitress didn’t acknowledge and walked away. No apologies. We realized why the place was virtually empty.
Food isn't bad, service was excellent. A bit pricey for the buffet, but isn't everywhere pricey now.

My husband and I ATTEMPTED to dine in at 6:10 p.m on February 12, 2024. We stood at the hostess booth and waited 5 minutes. No help. Asked if we seat ourselves, "uh, yea,okay." We sat 10 more minutes in a very nearly empty restaurant. I finally went to the counter and asked if I ordered there or if I could have a waitress. "Uh, a waitress? Are you eating in or ordering to go?" I said I'm dining in. She begrudgingly went to locate a waitress. I pointed out where we were sitting and the waitress went straight to a table of 4 that just entered and took their order, ignoring US. Needless to say, we left. I've gone here since it opened. Service has been sketchy, but this was an embarrassment to Pizza Hut.

The buffet was advertised as open to 130. I arrived at 110 and there were only a few slices of pan crust left. I asked if they were bringing out more pizza and never got a response. They didn't put out anymore pizza and they charged me full price.
