I called in to place a order was place on hold for 13 mins I was able to get in my car and drive to place an order when I got there the GM MISS LOTTIE LANGER then told me she knew I was on hold and that it was nothing that she could do about me being on hold basically asking did I want to place an order if not bye THIS WAS SO UNPROFESSIONAL regardless of how busy you are at 12:50 in the afternoon I asked for corporate information it wasn’t given all I was told was that HER NAME WAS ON THE DOOR AND THAG SHE WAS THE GM I’m sure this isn’t the 1st complaint maybe if you all trained your GENERAL MANAGER ON THE PROPER WAY TO HANDLE CUSTOMERS money wouldn’t be lost not that she cares based on her response to me THIS how can you retrain a GENERAL MANAGER to give better customer service SHE NEEDS TRAINING asap this same store will take your order as well as your money knowing they don’t have the proper ingredients to make the order instead they take it upon themselves to give you whatever they feel is best for a substitute THIS.STORE should be looked at asap AND NO THE STORE WASNT BUSY and if the problem is staffing AS A GENERAL MANAGER SHE should hire more help HER RESPONSE IS HORRIBLE I feel as if the title GM HAS DEFINITELY gone to her head no REMORSE NOT A CARE IN THE WORLD BC HER NAME IS ON THE DOOR as she said

Gotta say this place has been killing it for a Pizza Hut. I’ve been disappointed by a lot of fast food chains but I haven’t been disappointed by them yet. The people are always in a good mood from what I can tell. This is where I want my tax dollars to go.

Pizza Hut corporation is far more interested in creating accounts than selling pizzas. Put in an order, the website popped up with account creation, again, and the pizza order, after entering my credit card number, went away. Order never happened. I guess some corporate idiot thinks selling pizzas isn't their main Line of Business, creating loyalty accounts seems to be. Selling personal data is the money maker? Obviously, it isn't the selling of pizzas. I'll make my own pizza. It will be just as fast at this idiotic pace.

Chad makes the difference for this location. Even when understaffed and busy he is always professional and polite. Chad is always going above and beyond to take care of the customer. Chad is a very dedicated employee and raises the bar regarding customer service to a level that others are unable to reach.

This location made the most delicious pizza that I’ve ever had! I had a lot of specific request for my food and they filled them exactly like I wanted. In addition to the awesome pizza, the staff was friendly and provided quick service. Highly recommend!
Vegetarian options: They have a veggie pizza and a veggie pasta dish, which are both excellent, they also have plenty of vegetable toppings so you can create your own pizza.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair ramp directly in front of the door for easy access.
No one here is wearing gloves or hair nets. We are sitting here waiting for a pizza and I watching someone stick a fork in the food.

Had ordered food an Got there 2 or 3 mins after they closed an was treated very poorly by the manager an one of the employees. The manager was very rude an nasty when all I wanted to know was if my food was still up. Tried to call just before they closed to let him know I was running a min or 2 behind but never got an answer. I take fault for being late but to be treated like I wasn't valued as a costumer is what got me. This guy wouldn't even come to the door to Acknowledge that I was even there or even tell me that my order was gone even though I think I seen it sitting in the warmer. I deal with this pizza hut alot an I've never had any problems like this before with anyone one else. This guy really needs to learn more about good costumer service or you guys may start losing good costumers like myself. This happened at 4/28/24 at the Cherry Street Location I ordered a Lil after 11 an I got there at 4/29/24 at 12:03pm an he mad me stand outside for about 7 or 8 mins just to get them to tell me anything about my food. It really hurts me to be treated the way I was treated.

I only live 5 minutes from cherry Street pizza hut. I ordered pizza melt, chicken wings and an Italian meat bake. 1st and foremost the food was cold like it had been setting out. The marinara dipping sauce felt like it had been taken out of the fridge. When I looked at ingredients for the Italian meat bake it says sauce meat and cheese. But it is actually full of pasta. Very misleading. Was very disappointed with this order.
