Ordered through the website and received someone else’s order. Called the store and the manager said they would remake my order and send it out with a free 2 liter as a sorry, and that he would see to it personally that it would be sent out. An hour goes by I still haven’t received my order, a total of 2 hours now from my initial order. I call again after an hour and no one picks up, I call multiple times and have to physically drive to the store to get my money back. They still don’t know where my original or replacement order went.

I used to love this Pizza Hut. We got a medium Pizza and 8 wings was almost $40 my Pizza was doughy and not done And wings were cold And wings were cold. And that was with a sitting in the parking lot waiting on them to get it done 10 minutes later than what they said it would be done a total disappointment.

I called in to place a order was place on hold for 13 mins I was able to get in my car and drive to place an order when I got there the GM MISS LOTTIE LANGER then told me she knew I was on hold and that it was nothing that she could do about me being on hold basically asking did I want to place an order if not bye THIS WAS SO UNPROFESSIONAL regardless of how busy you are at 12:50 in the afternoon I asked for corporate information it wasn’t given all I was told was that HER NAME WAS ON THE DOOR AND THAG SHE WAS THE GM I’m sure this isn’t the 1st complaint maybe if you all trained your GENERAL MANAGER ON THE PROPER WAY TO HANDLE CUSTOMERS money wouldn’t be lost not that she cares based on her response to me THIS how can you retrain a GENERAL MANAGER to give better customer service SHE NEEDS TRAINING asap this same store will take your order as well as your money knowing they don’t have the proper ingredients to make the order instead they take it upon themselves to give you whatever they feel is best for a substitute THIS.STORE should be looked at asap AND NO THE STORE WASNT BUSY and if the problem is staffing AS A GENERAL MANAGER SHE should hire more help HER RESPONSE IS HORRIBLE I feel as if the title GM HAS DEFINITELY gone to her head no REMORSE NOT A CARE IN THE WORLD BC HER NAME IS ON THE DOOR as she said

Pizza Hut corporation is far more interested in creating accounts than selling pizzas. Put in an order, the website popped up with account creation, again, and the pizza order, after entering my credit card number, went away. Order never happened. I guess some corporate idiot thinks selling pizzas isn't their main Line of Business, creating loyalty accounts seems to be. Selling personal data is the money maker? Obviously, it isn't the selling of pizzas. I'll make my own pizza. It will be just as fast at this idiotic pace.

This location made the most delicious pizza that I’ve ever had! I had a lot of specific request for my food and they filled them exactly like I wanted. In addition to the awesome pizza, the staff was friendly and provided quick service. Highly recommend!
Vegetarian options: They have a veggie pizza and a veggie pasta dish, which are both excellent, they also have plenty of vegetable toppings so you can create your own pizza.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair ramp directly in front of the door for easy access.
