I usually am very happy with my açaí bowls but today I’m annoyed. My bowl had barely any açaí, I paid extra for chocolate chips and there wasn’t any in there, and my bowl wasn’t even half way filled. I tipped, smiled and thanked them. Got home and received the most disappointing bowl. If I didn’t live 30 mins away I would’ve gone back and asked for what I paid for!

Gotta say, I'm incredibly grateful my allergies don't cause anaphylaxis, but I still don't enjoy finding out the hard way that certain places aren't cleaning their equipment properly between uses. Spending time on the bathroom floor after an allergen *safe* smoothie was not how I wanted to enjoy my evening....

The service today at 6pm was horrible. The attendant was a rude kid with a curly fro. Apparently ordering a smoothie from the menu and expecting to look like what you receive is no longer a thing. His attitude was take it or don’t. So I got a refund, then went to Tropical Smoothie down the road. Much better service!!!!
