Attempted to order through the drive-thru only to be told an offer on the menu was only available by ordering online.

Most of the staff was very kind and had great customer service however the lady taking the orders at the register was just straight up rude. Made it seem like a big deal and rolling eyes that my boyfriend and I took a minute OUT OF LINE to look over the menu since we hadn’t been to popeyes in awhile. Well we got in line and she was quick and blunt, barely let us finish our sentences before saying the next thing. Didn’t ask my boyfriend if he wanted a meal like she did for me and quickly checked us out. i asked her if she could please give him a large drink at least and she rolled her eyes and had us pay again (which i don’t mind paying for the drink, it was our mistake not clarifying if it was a meal or not, it was just the attitude that came with it.) We ordered a chicken sandwhich meal, a bone in wing with a large drink, and an extra biscuit. we didn’t receive the biscuit and it was kind of annoying because of the rudeness she gave when ordering it. I asked if the meal came with a biscuit to which she replied “No. it’s a sandwhich”. Oookaaaayy, so i ordered an extra biscuit that i never received.
then my boyfriends mom went to order and she wanted some clarification on the sauces for the wings (which ones were dipping and which ones were tossing ones) and the lady pointed up at the menu and said “it’s where it says wings is the sauces” with some sarcasm🤦♀️
the food itself was great, and so was the other staff, just this one person set off the whole experience and made everyone uncomfortable.

This place is absolutely terrible I ordered from there through DoorDash, the food was old and cold I ordered a surf n turf meal my bf ordered 3 piece tenders meal I got 4 tiny little hard shrimps and all the tenders were hard y’all biscuits are always nasty, everyone knows that so I didn’t expect much there. It was so gross I wouldn’t feed it to a dog. I guess cause it was 45 minutes til close they didn’t wanna cook my food fresh instead gave me food that was sitting all day. The best part of the meal was the napkins, so I could spit the nasty food back out into them. Whoever made the napkins did great. Next time give people what they pay for if your still open your getting paid to work do your job. Doordash gave me all my money back plus an additional five thats how bad they suck. And don’t try and blame the dasher cause they only took ten minutes. Y’all losing money doing people like this do better

Get some employees that can count to ten. I had a 6 foot guy in a wig destroy my order on Sunday night CHARGED ME DOUBLE FOR MY ORDER & now won’t refund. Lesson learned

I got food poisoning from this place. Every last drop of chicken, biscuits, mashed potatoes and sauces I ate from this Popeyes I vomited completely out of my stomach 2 hours later. Not a fun experience and I cannot eat Popeyes anymore without feeling nauseated. I used to love this place!

Really good Popeye's but make sure you check to see if all your food is in the bag. I have been 3 times where something was missing

I used to really like this location and went there often. Now, they've turned off the ability to get reward points through the app. A dirty, cheap move in this economy. I'll not be going to this location any longer since they obviously don't appreciate their customers.

I love Popeyes and the Mac and cheese is my favorite !! I ordered Mac and cheese but got mashed potatoes instead which if the lady would have slowed down and let me speak she would have gotten my order correct !! The Mac and cheese is my favorite part and I didn't notice until I got home !! Disappointed is a understatement
