We usually get drive-thru and eat at home, but decided to dine in this time. The staff is great, especially the manager. The food was ready in 2 minutes (for four people) and tasted even better because it was 15 minutes fresher.

Not my favorite Popeyes. Staff is incredibly rude and short with customers. Drive though is awful. Painfully slow. I drive out of my way to get Popeyes in Lynn Haven whenever I crave some chicken.

This is probably the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The lady taking orders was SO rude from the very start. I didn’t even get to order anything. I tried to call afterwards and speak to a manager about the experience and no answer.

Ordered wings off the menu price was two dollars higher than what the display showed so when I questioned it I was told the price went up just hadn't had a chance to change it do you still want it? I was asked no apology and rude on top of it I did take the order and it wasn't the two dollars that bothered me it was the way it was handled also the waiting room was filthy Lost a customer for sure
