I love popeyes and the food was great. Going up to the drive thru window the man was a bit rude. Gave me a cup that was overflowing it spilled all over my sleeve and in my car. Then slammed the window on me, leaving me unsure if I even got everything without checking.

Drive thru failure to complete order
If it wasn't for their chicken I would not shop there. More times than none my order has been wrong, either missing something or given me the wrong items. Very poor management to allow this to happen on such a continue bases. I had to take chicken back because it was raw in the middle. Check you order before leaving the drive thru. Would not even answer the phone

We bought two (12) piece wings meal. They all had a funny taste. Like it’s been sitting over night or something but definately not freshly done. Threw them away. Money wasted.

I ordered online today and drove over to pick up my food, they were nice when I walked in but, after I got all the way home I opened the bag and my entree was missing. It was just sides. So I drive back and stood at the front with my bag and receipt but no one acknowledged me. The one girl at the register was purposely trying not to make eye contact with me. I realize that you are busy but at least say we'll be with you shortly. Finally the person working the drive through says something and I'm sure she probably wasn't talking to me but, I showed her my receipt and told her what I was missing. She hands it to someone behind her and they put my food in a box, put it on the counter and walked away. No apology or anything. I understand that mistakes happen but, part of working in customer service is taking responsibility when you forget something, especially if the thing you forgot is the entree. The thing that I ordered was a twelve piece chicken tender family meal and I got everything but the chicken. I was nice and just asked for my food but, I know people can be extremely rude and disrespectful and if it was someone else's food they forgot they probably would have been a lot worse than I was and they would have probably demanded a refund. I just can't be mean to people. I work in a restaurant and I hate it, but an apology would have gone a long way.

Got snapped at by the manager. Didn’t realize she was taking a drive through order when another lady that worked there was fixing my order that was wrong. Maybe she was having a bad day. I apologized there and then. Upon leaving tried again and got attitude and an eye roll. Maybe she doesn’t like White people, maybe it was her General manager or owner that pissed her off before he left. Anyways it seems like a trend with the other comments. I will pray for her either way. Hope she finds peace and Jesus in her heart. I would stay away from here though.

Ordered pick up thru Uber Eats. Went to get it, and the cashier refused to give me my order stating it should be picked up by Uber Eats. I showed her my receipt and proof that the order is indeed pick up, not delivery - no joy. So I contacted Uber Eats and cancelled the order. Waisted my time driving there and trying to argue with someone who seems to not understand the difference between pick up and delivery. Too bad. Order from the other ones. Gave 3 stars for food only because generally I like Popeyes, just didn’t get any food here.

Went thro drive thro ordered food, did not get the side mashed potato’s with my orders NOR the things of Mardi Gras sauce they charged me for. None of kids meal had toys. Forget even trying to call them and sort it because they won’t even answer phone just goes to voice mail full. How can they fix the issues that the staff is doing if they don’t even bother to answer the phone to find out the issues!!!

Waited over 20 minutes because they didn't have chicken available and then I received over cooked chicken. I also placed my order online and had a 20 minute drive to get to this location. Only to wait 20 minutes for my family meal.

Drive through - guy out back on smoke break said how pretty I was, dude in the drive through window was very nice & personable then my food was super fresh & on point. I’ve been craving Popeyes yall this staff get a 10-10 today!

Just Uber delivered and they completely forgot my large fries and bacon on my sandwich, I am very disappointed and I tried calling to let them know and no one answered the phone. I was looking extremely forward to the large fries, and now all I look forward to is never ordering from this Popeyes again.
