Where to start? There were 4 tables occupied when I sat down. Over 15 minutes to get a waiter to take my drink order. I ordered a meal and a salad. I never got the salad. Refills on the drink were as rapid as the initial order. It's not hard to believe when I see that Red Lobster is having financial difficulties!

That sht had no flavor i always wanted to try lobster but why did I get a bland azz lobster not going back ever I sent 68.38 for one plat and 2 mixed drinks.

Add Fees Beware . Unfortunately it comes out of servers' tip and who would wants to work for a company that takes money from there employees. Some restaurants / bars are now adding all kinds of fees like entertainment fees even if there is no entertainment. Red Lobster is charging now for their operating cost on top of premium prices for food. These businesses don't think customers know, but we do. If they operated more efficiently, they wouldn't have to ask customers to help them cover their operating cost. If you can't afford the cost of conducting business, you should close the business. Company greed

We had trout and fish n chips and both meals were very good. Bartender was great. Place seems a little understaffed but what’s new. Atmosphere is a little dark, etc, but again, that’s kind of the feel at any Red Lobster.

Terrible. My meal was undercooked the steak I ordered well done was rare as it gets and my wife's chicken wasn't cooked either as you could see the pink in it and neither was eatable. My meal was over a $100 just to throw in the trash because it was an online order and would have been closed if I tried to take back

Worst meal I had in a long time order for pick ordered steak med well was rare as hell lobster was chewy and no taste do yourselfs a favor and save your money. They invited me to come back and try again and was well worth the second try steak was cooked perfect and so was everything else
The serving of lobster was a bit thin for the price, but other than that, the food and service was delightful. The ceiling inside could use a cleaning.

Family made reservations for Christma dinner a week ago, arrived to be told could not find the reservation. We were not the only one that this happened to. Shame on Red Lobster for only having one person trying to take care of at least 59 ,this young man had to bust tables while he was also trying to deal with disgruntle customers. You have to do better when you know you will be open for a holiday...
