This location is very good. The staff was friendly and attentive. Our only complaint was the corporation's decision to discontinue serving rainbow trout. It was my father's main reason for choosing Red Lobster.

Tuesday Night @ 8pm was my visit. Parking lot empty, only about 6 customers total in the building. We were sat immediately but....not a soul spoke to us for the 15 minutes we stayed there. No waters no nothing. We ended up just walking out, no service received or even acknowledged. The dining room was also super DIRTY. Sad because we wanted to give the new CEO a chance. This location will be closed soon just like the others. Oh yeah, they were also out of Lobters...at Red Lobster lol. Pathetic.

Tried the new crab boil... thought it would have been in a bag, it wasn't. I was unsure of how the potatoes were cooked, definitely not like a crab boil...I chose garlic butter sauce, very salty. Them cheddar biscuits were šš½delish... think it could be better in a bag or have the sauce at lease over the snow crabs...instead of on the plate

waiting for almost an hour for my to go order and called twice once when i areived and once while i was parked to check on it and was told the second time it was really busy. I went inside to use the bathroom and then checked at the bar and the server said it was ready on time and had been sitting on the counter. obviously cold at that point. wont be back.

Salt shakers were wet from humidity no salt floor slippery no air conditioning but the service was great little pricey for the little amount of food otherwise mediocre might come back
Just left at 4 pm and my lord! This place is amazing and the customer service ah yes very good and the food delicious! The atmosphere was very chill and you could have fun! 100% recommend!

Samantha was the best server! She consistently checked up on us and anticipated all of our needs. The service around us was amazing, as well. You could hear how caring their interactions were with the other guests.The managerās spoke with our table, just to make sure everything tasted well, and of course it did. We ordered the ultimate feast: our steak was cooked to perfection, the crab legs were fresh, the dragon and coconut shrimp was delicious, and the biscuits were hot!
We would recommend the Panama City Red Lobster to anyone looking for great service and great food!
