Service was good once figured out how to get it lol. Speakers down. Mash the button on patio n serves comes out. Order burger w/o onion. There's r red, extreme for my belly, but I know so I get w/o. They r chopped too so u can't see them, just smell them lol. Tots smelled sooo good, dove in. Opened burger n smelled strong onions. No staff around(no-one mashed the button recently lol). Thought maybe the one on other table lol. First bite, was good. Second bite of burger, full onion. Uggg. Tried to pick off, hard too when they r chopped n match the shreaded lettuce. That's was it.. toss away.. but tots were great!

Went to sonic and got a double cheeseburger with only onions add mustard, large fry and drink with two strawberry cheesecake milkshakes when we went back home the order was completely messed up. The cheeseburger was called. The cheeseburger was also one patty as well as both of the milkshakes were spoiled then when I called the manager Brandon, he told me that the issue wasn’t that they were spoiled. The issue was that they were cheesecake and it tasted that way I have never been to a sonic where Cheesecake tasted spoiled so I went back up there and got my money back and when I did Theodore, which was a woman came to the door was very sweet, kind and considerate. She was a crewmember, and she gave me my money back and apologized after Brandon never apologized and tried to make an excuse for his order Management needs to improve a lot when it comes to customer satisfaction he was very rude to me on the phone and didn’t have a whole lot to say, except that’s what I was talking about in parentheses so very rude very Miscommunication and unprofessional will not be going back ever🫣🤬😡

I don't know where to begin. To start with all of the intercoms in all but two of the slots were broke. We switched spaces twice and then walked around to see all the broken equipment. During this time neither employee came out just see if we need any help. Then we got in the Drive-Thru line there was only two cars ahead of us and it took 25 minutes to get to the intercom was so we could order. We ordered two footlong Coney dogs with onion rings and a drink. I made another mistake when I did not check the food when we got our order. Instead we left and went to a local picnic table area a few miles down the road to eat and relax when we got our Coney dogs out there wasn't even enough chili sauce on both Coney dogs to cover half of one. I was extremely disappointed and would not recommend does Sonic on 23rd Street in Panama City Florida to nobody. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I’m not exaggerating or trying to be an A-Hole, but this might be the most incompetent group of fast food workers I’ve ever come across. Wrong burger 3 times, waited for around 30 minutes altogether, and at the end we still ended up with the wrong burger. After 3 tries and 3 fails, we figured it would be impossible to get the correct burger we ordered. holy crap I’m genuinely amazed how hard it is for someone to look at a receipt and make the correct burger.

This sonic is by far the worst one I’ve ever visited every time I come up there at night after 10 PM. The service sucks. They take forever to take the order, then take longer to bring the order to the window and give it to you and then they said oh sorry we would like to cook fresh at night, and then when you get the burger, it’s ice cold, tater tot or old you can tell by the way they taste and they’re all fresh fresh fresh. None of it fresh from there after 9 PM worst sonic ever

I came to pick up an order for Door Dash, it was today 08/28/24 during the 8 pm hour. I told a young man (skinny, curly black hair, dark complexion) I have a DoorDash for Josh. He said he would check, saw him again a while later and he said “We’re busy but we’re working on it…”. I saw him 2 more times with the same story. It had been at least 20 minutes so I hit the button and started letting them have it. I don’t get paid for standing there, turns out someone marked the order READY, but they didn’t actually make it! What was it, an Oreo Sonic Blast!!! ??? I wasted 20 minutes of my time unpaid and by the time your employees figured out what happened, Josh cancelled the order! So Sonic lost a sale and it looks like it’s my fault because the order was marked ready by your employees even though they didn’t make it. Now I get another order for Xavier and it’s 2 slushies. A girl with long brownish hair knew I had already stood there for 20 minutes, walked inside and couldn’t find a ticket for Xavier. What she do then, not a thing. So 5 minutes later I hit call button for her to say “Sorry, we don’t have a ticket for Xavier. She left me standing outside waiting for nothing and she knew what happened on previous order. I will not let my excellent delivery record be destroyed by a Sonic location that literally has no idea what they’re doing! Is there a manager anywhere at this location, because it sure doesn’t seem like it!!!

I went to the comic on 23rd street. Most of the stalls are turned off or broken. Then they can't even get my food correct. I ordered a double patty burger and I got one patty. I order my meal large the tots were only a quarter way filled the sonic burger lookes like someone smashed is so hard with there fingers you can see the finger prints in the bun. The food durning the day is just as bad I thought I would give the night crew a chance and it was worse. I go to lynnhaven sonic food is fine I go to the beach sonic and the food is fine. You go to 23rd street and the meat is even cold and not correct order. If they don't have enough products to sell a double patty burger or fill a large tot up where it's supposed to be then the customer needs to be notified they don't have the food to full the order. Ripped me off I paid extra for large and extra for two Patty's. This is the worst sonic in bay county. I did report a complaint. I haven't heard any feedback. I have receipt and pictures
