I'm a vegetarian and I've been eating Egg and Cheese burritos from sonic for years. They couldn't seem to understand that I simply wanted an egg and cheese burrito with no bacon and no sausage on it, but they couldn't seem to process that. Instead I got burrito with everything under the sun on it, INCLUDING MEAT AND TOMTATOES AND I DESPISE TOMATOES. Disappointing truly, will never order food for myself from this sonic again.

I have gave them 4 chances, every time I went it has been issues after issue after issues. Not sure if they don’t know what’s on there menu or what honestly. They always mess up my order literally every time. Customer service is an absolute 0 not even a “hey” “how’s it going” im very disappointed. I tried multiple and just figured it was them training someone new. I think whoever is training these people is not doing a good job at all. They need an updated card system. The fact they can’t use chip is wild to me. DO BETTER. I advise going to Lynn haven one not much further away tbh.

This place used to be fast. Now it's kind of a wait when you order. The staff is always nice tho. Food is always great. If you are in a hurry I wouldn't stop here tho. 🙂

Terrible service . I ordered a unicorn slush through drive thru . Realized that I did not have my card but I can do Apple Pay . I got out of drive thru line went to order online instead with my card. It said the item was unavailable at that store but they had my drink made it was available at that store I’m guessing they had a technical problem. I asked could I just order a slushy for the same price and they just give me the unicorn one. The guy said flat out no. In no way shape or form tried to accommodate me at all and couldn’t explain why it said the item was unavailable however they was able to make it in store. That’s absolutely poor customer service poor problem solving skills and I’d like to know who the GM is that’s running a store like that.
