Sat at the drive-through microphone for over five minutes and not so much as a peep asking me to hold on for a second nothing I said hello a couple times with no response. Finally, I had to drive up to the window and ask if I could order there I just got a small blast and was handed a forkto eat it with.

I was disappointed with my visit here. I ordered my food online to pick up after work. I arrived and waited for my food. They were quick to bring it out, but gave me the completely wrong order except for my drink. I didn't look inside the bag until I got home, but the receipt taped to the bag had the correct order. I ordered a chicken wrap and a chicken sandwich. I got a breakfast wrap and a burger. Not the end of the world, but disappointing.

This place is absolutely terrible we had told the lady to give us a second and then started talking and nobody answered we were sitting there for 20 minutes do NOT go here ever! they suck and need to be shut down.

Half their drive-in menus don't work, ordered food, left and found out they CHEATED me with 2 single burgers when I ordered and PAID FOR 2 doubles, and they got the drink wrong too. ZERO stars is more like it.

Got a mango dragon fruit slush the other day and it was amazing along with a small fry that my daughter enjoyed very much staff was awesome and friendly. I did give 3 🌟 on atmosphere cause it's a Sonic and not as energetic as they once use to be, that's any one I've been to in the Southern US.

Trying to be nice, but this is the second time we've ordered online and haven't had our food brought to us in a timely way. It's like they forgot us AGAIN. Once we got the food, more than 30 minutes later - you can tell it had been setting there waiting as long as we had.

OMG.....we just got our order home and it is gross!! I ordered the frito chili cheese pie and the chips are stale, but they filled the bottom with fries...I didn't ask for fries, and sprinkled stale chips on top, found some tots in there too! Management needs to do something about this! My husband got the double quarter pound burger....that was a joke! Reminded me of the days of "where's the beef!" $41.00 down the drain or should I say trash! Yuck!! I will NOT eat here again!
Extremely rude staff!! They don’t check their online orders and made excuses for a 30 minute wait on a drink while other customers who showed up after got their food first.
