Purchased a small Frito Pie. I realize they come in 3 size options but I was very disappointed with what I received for $2.79. Without exaggeration, The entire serving size was no more than 4 bites. I will not purchase it again.

I wanted to try the Salted Caramel Toffee Iced Coffee and use the coupon for the free iced coffee with purchase. It didn’t work in the app. I spoke to the employee at the window and she said that corporate is aware of an issue redeeming that app special. I asked if they could honor it anyway like other restaurants typically do when the problem is on their end. She said they don’t do that. I’ve had issues redeeming some of their other app specials. Sonic, get your app act together.

Worse service ever. My wife was refused service because she is deaf and connot order at the speaker so she pulled to the window and was bluntly refused. This is the worst location in panama city. I do not recommend going here at all!!!

I ordered a kids meal for my daughter. I asked for tots and they gave us fries. Not the end of the world except the fries were the fries were cold and hard to the point that they had to be thrown away. Not yo mention that i waited almost 10 minutes at the drive through window. I would post a picture of the fries if i was able.

Had to wait over 30 minutes in drive thru, nobody ever said anything on the podium. The 3 cars in front of me went no problem and they kept taking only orders on the side things without ever saying why.
