this starbucks location is way way way better than lynn haven in my opinion, ive been going here almost everyday for quite some time now. i drive an extra 15 minutes just to go to this location because the baristas are always really nice and on point with welcoming, my drink is always consistent and good, also ive never had an issue going here. good job to everyone at this starbucks i love it and will continue to come and support.

So I go to starbucks almost daily and I order the exact same thing unless it November thru January. I always order a Venti brown sugar shaken ice expresso it comes with oatmilk well I came today and order took one sip and knew something was off I called and spoke with Sarah and she basically said oh well Starbucks changed the way we make them so now that ypu know you can always pay extra and order extra oatmilk. I didn't like that she didn't apologize that they chose to not let their customers know and basically laughed because I told her how bad it tasted. Like I just paid 16.00 for two drinks I just will now one go to Dunkin cause if they don't care then neither will I

The people there are literally chefs kiss. The nicest baristas I've ever met. They know me by name and always treat me with love. I will drive 100,000 miles to just see them. They always make my day better❤️

Bright was a very nice and welcoming associate, their demeanor and vibe was amazing and great style. The food was good. Fast service. And good drinks.

Very rude - my son and I were standing in line being ignored, while others were cutting in front and the lady Sara got an attitude very rude asked for manager she could care less. Save your time go some where else.

my matcha was milk i was having a bad day and they made it worse.

Poor customer service.
Workera don't want to please counter customers.
Waited 30+ minutes for our drink hot drinks while the drive through was served instantly. When asking the batista, she said she would give me a refund so I could go to the drive through for a drink.

On the busiest morning Saturday there is only ONE person working the counter and two on the back talking. Not good the costumers that are on vacation. Think I’ll find a new place to to spend my money.

Employees are friendly and order was prepared promptly.

I have been going to this Starbucks every day for the last two years, they know me by name and they are so friendly and really take pride in what they do. I love coming here and I won’t go anywhere else!! Thanks for being awesome!
