I just came and ordered a summer berry refresher only to find a bug in my drink. I am now just throwing it away after spending 8 or so dollars on a drink. Disappointed because I drove 20 minutes to get to this Starbucks

If you are saving up stars for something, then don't use the app here or don't come. Because they took my 200 stars and I was 160 away from 400 to get a free cup. The never even told me and took it without a permission. I asked for 25% Ice and they gave me 100% I asked for dragonfruit with coconut milk and they gave just lemonade. Service horrible nothing there. Honestly I'm never going there again just most worst spot I been.

The lady who took my order was rude, the guy who made my drink let it sit in the blender for ten minutes after it finished which ruined my drink. I should not have to pay so much for a drink and then watch an employee sit there while it’s done RUINING IT. he was extremely slow and then couldn’t read the name “anna” he had to ask the girl who wrote it. he also asked if you put whip cream on the drink. ITS A BLENDED STRAWBERRY LEMONADE YOU INCOMPETENT SLOTH

Coffee cold when suppose to be hot went back to ask if they could make it hotter, sorry no way to do that have a nice day. Had to go to Panera use their microwave to warm coffee.

The lady employee w/ curly ginger red hair l lacks customer service skills & professionalism. After coming here a 2nd day I a row while on vacation I requested when paying or my drink cash back. While waiting for the transaction to be completed & my drink to be made I stepped back to let the ladies behind me move forward in line. The employee looked up at me after already being dry and not personable while ordering my drink and said loudly “Do you not want your cash back!!” while showing attitude. The smart a** comment was unnecessary! DO BETTER!

We had a bit of a wait while waiting in line to place our order. Once we got up close to the register we realized it was because there was one girl making all of the drinks. Courtney was working her butt off and getting drinks out quickly and efficiently. As someone who has worked as a barista, I can confidently say she was making drinks as fast as she possibly could. That girl deserves five stars!
