The parking lot is small and often full. When I visited at 3 PM on a Monday, there was only one employee handling everything. He mentioned he'd been working since 5:30 AM, which seemed like a tough situation, but he still provided fast, accurate service with a smile. While this may not reflect the best personnel management, he got the job done impressively. The interior was clean and quiet. However, only sweet tea was available, and two fountain sodas were out of order—understandable, given that one person was handling all the tasks, including making the sandwiches.

This store is poorly managed. I came in on a Tuesday evening around 430pm. There was 1 staff member (17 years old) making all the subs, doing the condiments, and ringing people out. There was another worker outside smoking. She came in, took her subway apron off and proceeded to do things in the back with her ear buds in not helping the other worker. I waited over 20 minutes in line to get 2 kids subs that took 5 mins. The wait wasn't the problem, the fact that this person had no help and was being abused was disturbing. AND to top it all off, the worker was being video taped with a camera watching his moves. Apparently the manager can tell the worker what to do and micromanage him. It's just sick.

So we came in late last night at this particular Subway and the cashier Connie, was just phenomenal! She deserves to be the General Manager with the biggest raise possible, ASAP!!!! She had the store the cleanest I have ever seen a Subway in my whole life!! Even the air smelled clean!! She was beyond friendly and gave us top tier customer service!! She then informed us that certain items contained pork which we were so thankful for being notified about the items containing pork. Most establishments wouldn’t even bat an eye to answer the questions but Connie had no issues with clarifying our concerns, which we love!!! Ms. Connie is the definition of what amazing customer service and attitude should be like in the food industry!!!! 1000000000000/10 will DEFINITELY COME BACK thanks to Ms. Connie!! She also washed her hands, put on gloves, and used clean utensils while she was handling our food and the food was beyond delicious and fresh!!!! Thank you Ms. Connie for a memorable, excellent, and exquisite dinner last night, we can’t wait to come back to this particular establishment!!!!!!
