I walked in and was the only customer in the store. Two employees were behind the counter prepping something but never once acknowledged me—not a ‘hi,’ ‘hold on,’ or ‘I’ll be with you in a second.’ They didn’t even look up at me. I stood there for seven minutes before finally giving up and leaving. I guess Firehouse will get my business instead.

I've been here 2 or 3 times, and my order is always wrong. This last time when I took back my sandwich to be remade, they made me pay for it again instead of replacing their mistakes. I will not go back and I don't recommend them. I ordered the food on thier app to be picked up .

This is my neighborhood Subway but I have to prepare myself before I enter since I enjoy the subs but the hostile employees stress me out. One time I entered to see no other customers and the employee leaning against the doorway behind the counter looking at his phone. He looked at me and said nothing as he continued looking at his phone. When he finally started walking toward me he grunted something indecipherable and I just said "You know what, never mind" and I walked out. As I left I heard him say "What"? Zero respect, zero customer service skills. And he isn't the only person here that makes you feel like they are doing you a favor preparing your order.

Honest three stars bc food and atmosphere made up for service but I can’t stress how bad the service was. The lady with the jersey and dreads was so impersonal and she made me feel that ordering three subs was a bother. Plus they were out of half the condiments and meats. All in all food was good service was the worst I’ve ever seen at subway. Do better with your employees

The same lady is in there like every time I go and every time she never smiles, she has no hospitality, I asked three times for olives on my sandwich she looked at me and wrapped my sandwich up
Someone has a bad attitude every time we visit.. smile and be a little more friendly.. there's other jobs if you don't like the one you have. Food as expected.. no complaints

The lady with the dregs was so impersonal. I felt like I was a bother to her . I watched her body language and it was worse with the next customer. The store was clean and the bathroom also were clean. She needs to lean how to be nice and smile. Don't think I will come back if I see her .I was here 01/03/24 @ 6:45

I love stopping by for lunch at this subway. Fred the manager always has the place so clean and makes my sandwiches so neat where my sandwich is not falling apart. Best subway location in town!
