Worst subway experience ever. 7pm September 7th . Took 30 minutes to make 3 subs. Employee was rude. Wow what a world we live in,

Ordered a turkey sub online and when it got dropped off my sub was wrong. It had mayo on it and I did not select mayo. How hard is it to go down the order receipt? If you struggle with it that bad cross off each item on the receipt as you put it on the sub. After rechecking the receipt we got the only thing I can think of is since my husband ordered mayo on his they just weren’t paying attention(even though tuna a turkey don’t even look the same) and put it on mine and instead of fixing it just proceeded send it wrong.

My daughter placed an order on line, 25mins later we arrived to pick it up but they didn't even start it until after we got there. When she got in the car and opened her wrap, it barely had anything in it, so if you do place an online order, make sure to choose 'more' on all toppings

Really weird experience at this location. I walked in, said I was here to pick up my order, and the sole employee just kind of stared at me and muttered something under their breath, and then started making (presumably) the order. Okay, no big deal. I went and sat down to wait, and a couple came in to order. Same treatment, death stare from the employee, some incoherent muttering, then silence. Fast foward 11 minutes, my order was placed next to the CFT, I checked the receipt for my name, and left, being glared at the entire time. Just a bizarre encounter.
Rude. 2nd time back no better. I just left this time i refuse to pay for top tier rudeness. No thanks!!

Will never go to this Subway again! After app said food was prepared and ready still waited a hour inside for our sandwiches. Once we got home not even one of the sandwiches were made correctly. This location really needs some work!

I tell her teriyaki chicken and she gives me regular chicken I asked for a footlong she gives me a 6 in my husband asked for a footlong gives him a 6-inch not once communicated with us very disappointed. She put for olives on there and I asked her to put extra she puts three. Wow this place sucks .... Never will go back .... Need to train your staff to communicate with customers.

Good sandwich. The female staff member working on my partner's sub was friendly. However, the manager who came out to make my order made me feel like an inconvenience. He rushed me through my choices with only one other customer in line behind me. Not one friendly word or smile 😠
You're in a service industry. When you're on the clock and in front of patrons, show some type of consideration. No matter how your day is or what you are feeling, don't project negativity to others!!!!!

I walked in
and was the only customer in the store. Two employees were behind the counter prepping something but never once acknowledged me—not a ‘hi,’ ‘hold on,’ or ‘I’ll be with you in a second.’ They didn’t even look up at me. I stood there for seven minutes before finally giving up and leaving. I guess Firehouse will get my business instead.
I've been here 2 or 3 times, and my order is always wrong. This last time when I took back my sandwich to be remade, they made me pay for it again instead of replacing their mistakes. I will not go back and I don't recommend them. I ordered the food on thier app to be picked up .

This is my neighborhood Subway but I have to prepare myself before I enter since I enjoy the subs but the hostile employees stress me out. One time I entered to see no other customers and the employee leaning against the doorway behind the counter looking at his phone. He looked at me and said nothing as he continued looking at his phone. When he finally started walking toward me he grunted something indecipherable and I just said "You know what, never mind" and I walked out. As I left I heard him say "What"? Zero respect, zero customer service skills. And he isn't the only person here that makes you feel like they are doing you a favor preparing your order.
