Went to this subway while working across the street asked for a footlong with flatbread where the employee was disrespectful and rude..will not use this location

Okay so I usually don't do online orders especially subway because I like seeing my food get made, butttt I did today. To start I went through drive thru to try and pick up my order I sat there for a while nobody said anything like please hold or nothing so I'm like okay let's go inside I go in there one customer totally could have been like I'll be with you in just a minute.. then okay get home I asked for all the subs to be toasted I had cold un melted cheese on my kids sandwich and my sandwich was toasted but it tasted like the toaster oven needs to be cleaned it had that burnt taste to it. The sandwiches were cut all the way through the meatball sandwich break was ripped 😞 asked for regular black olives was completely smothered... Going in couldn't have prevented that burnt taste from the oven but I'll definitely just order inside next time.i will say the man that was working he's amazingly sweet but the other person I assume had to been the one who was making the food not so much. Anyways thanks for listening 😐

Literally have 1 guy working on lunch rush hours and have to wait 1hr to get a sandwich.

Owner to greedy to let 2 people work at the same time.

Just go down the street on 98 and eat at the next subway over by transmitter road.

I didn't get service. Myself and another gentleman walked in at the same time, there was a chair propping open the door. The drive thru had a black pickup truck with no one in it blocking the drive thru. So the gentleman that I followed in got in line to order. There was one guy working behind the counter, one employee outside and one work in the back. Inside the store there was a man just sitting at an empty table with no food and a patron getting a carryout order that the guy behind the counter was making. The employee from outside came in and told us, it was going to be a while because the had carryout orders. But still did not wait on us. The man in front me walked out. I waited longer and still no one waited on me let alone look up from behind the counter....what kind of employees do ya'll hire? No customer service, no nothing. You couldn't pay me to go back into that store....nope...

Got 3 wraps from this place and they were supposed to chicken and cheese and pepperoni and cheese. No they put chicken cheese and pepperoni they were cold to the touch their supposed to be hot. Very dissatisfied also the cookies we got was at least 3 days or more old. They were not fresh like they advertised. You can tell they were old by the color of the cookies. People that work here are very rude. And need more help. The store when I walked in had about 8 people standing in line. And the employees were moving slow as a snail. I waited 25 minutes to order. And then get cold food and stale old cookies. What a waste of time and my money. Subway should be ashamed of th we ir self.

I'm constantly having issues with this location apparently there are no real set times on whether they close they close whenever they want good luck trying to get a refund because they refuse to give you a refund and the story employees are extremely rude definitely would not recommend

We live right down the road and come often and had the rudest employee help us today. I didn’t catch her name but I asked to order a pepperoni and ham on Italian bread. She cut me off and said we don’t have anything like that here. Which is wild because I order it every time - I don’t know many people that order an exact sandwich off of the menu without customizing. I get halfway done and realizing I want to add to my order , and since there were no other customers I asked if I could add a pizza to my order. She snapped at me and said “I thought you didn’t want anything else”. To which I replied nevermind that’s okay. And then she continued to be rude and say that I didn’t have a sense of humor. Just very rude , and belittling. Makes me not want to return. I don’t usually do reviews of fast food places but had to for this one. The sandwich was burnt on the bread and the pizza was under cooked.

Never ever have I been asked to move so they can mop where I am standing to order. Not only is this rude it is dangerous. All the chair are up on the tables or on the stools on wall. So are we not allowed to eat inside. Place was busy and very unwelcoming with no where to sit. They are out of my toppings Not a very happy customer man could got give change and cussed us for trying to pay the correct change.and it wasn’t even seven pm

Went in placed my order everything was a fine. About an hour after I get home I realize one of my earrings is missing. These earrings are special and belonged to my Granny. I call the restaurant to see if anyone had found it. The person picked up the phone, said nothing and set it down. I could hear him moving around. After a few minutes I hung up and called back only to realize the phone likely had a cradle and was not put back. I kept trying every few minutes or so thinking the employee would eventually realize and put it back. I called 16 times in one hour which is a bit excessive I know, but again these earrings are special. The phone line kept saying it was busy the entire time. Thankfully as I'm getting ready to leave to head back, my husband finds the earring next to the car tire, so crisis averted and gas saved.

I understand it can get busy, I work customer service as well, but being busy is not an excuse to keep the phone off the cradle for over an hour. What if it was another store trying to call? Or another employee? Or literally anyone else that had a different/worse problem than mine?

Please don't write up this employee, but use it as a teaching opportunity on how to better multi-task.

This was a horrible salad. It tasted it more like an onion salad. There were no tomatoes and on the receipt they claim that they put six slices of tomato and then they had that they put eight slices of cheese and it was really little two little slices provolone cheese The bowl was so little Eight slices of cheese wouldn’t even fit in that bowl
