Got 3 wraps from this place and they were supposed to chicken and cheese and pepperoni and cheese. No they put chicken cheese and pepperoni they were cold to the touch their supposed to be hot. Very dissatisfied also the cookies we got was at least 3 days or more old. They were not fresh like they advertised. You can tell they were old by the color of the cookies. People that work here are very rude. And need more help. The store when I walked in had about 8 people standing in line. And the employees were moving slow as a snail. I waited 25 minutes to order. And then get cold food and stale old cookies. What a waste of time and my money. Subway should be ashamed of th we ir self.

I'm constantly having issues with this location apparently there are no real set times on whether they close they close whenever they want good luck trying to get a refund because they refuse to give you a refund and the story employees are extremely rude definitely would not recommend

We live right down the road and come often and had the rudest employee help us today. I didn’t catch her name but I asked to order a pepperoni and ham on Italian bread. She cut me off and said we don’t have anything like that here. Which is wild because I order it every time - I don’t know many people that order an exact sandwich off of the menu without customizing. I get halfway done and realizing I want to add to my order , and since there were no other customers I asked if I could add a pizza to my order. She snapped at me and said “I thought you didn’t want anything else”. To which I replied nevermind that’s okay. And then she continued to be rude and say that I didn’t have a sense of humor. Just very rude , and belittling. Makes me not want to return. I don’t usually do reviews of fast food places but had to for this one. The sandwich was burnt on the bread and the pizza was under cooked.

Never ever have I been asked to move so they can mop where I am standing to order. Not only is this rude it is dangerous. All the chair are up on the tables or on the stools on wall. So are we not allowed to eat inside. Place was busy and very unwelcoming with no where to sit. They are out of my toppings Not a very happy customer man could got give change and cussed us for trying to pay the correct change.and it wasn’t even seven pm

Went in placed my order everything was a fine. About an hour after I get home I realize one of my earrings is missing. These earrings are special and belonged to my Granny. I call the restaurant to see if anyone had found it. The person picked up the phone, said nothing and set it down. I could hear him moving around. After a few minutes I hung up and called back only to realize the phone likely had a cradle and was not put back. I kept trying every few minutes or so thinking the employee would eventually realize and put it back. I called 16 times in one hour which is a bit excessive I know, but again these earrings are special. The phone line kept saying it was busy the entire time. Thankfully as I'm getting ready to leave to head back, my husband finds the earring next to the car tire, so crisis averted and gas saved.
I understand it can get busy, I work customer service as well, but being busy is not an excuse to keep the phone off the cradle for over an hour. What if it was another store trying to call? Or another employee? Or literally anyone else that had a different/worse problem than mine?
Please don't write up this employee, but use it as a teaching opportunity on how to better multi-task.

This was a horrible salad. It tasted it more like an onion salad. There were no tomatoes and on the receipt they claim that they put six slices of tomato and then they had that they put eight slices of cheese and it was really little two little slices provolone cheese The bowl was so little Eight slices of cheese wouldn’t even fit in that bowl
Super slow will go to different one time.

Worst sub I've had from subway. There was like 3 pieces of ham, hardly no Jalapeños when I ordered extra as well as black olives. Also, the bread tasted like it was 5 days old. I usually go to the one on 15th where they are legit the best, but I was by this one. I won't be back to this one. ??

Customer service could be better at this location. The greeting was not given. The person behind me must be a regular because they was greeted and with a smile and asked what would they like today. Before I did this review. I wanted to be for sure I wasn't maybe over exaggerating about how I was being treated as a customer. I let her take the person behind me and I ordered after them. Sure enough I experienced the snobby quick little attitude again. Then to come home and unwrap my sub to hard bread and the cookies was not fresh very hard and considering this location just open at 9 a.m. To the lady that was working. Treat "All" customers with respect especially when they are giving you respect. Myself as well as others like to spend money where we are appreciated and greeted with kindness. I understand some days may not be good but when you step foot into your choice of workplace. Customer service and the quality of your food should be top priority to your customers and I took you to be the manager which makes it even worse. I've only visit this location twice. There will definitely not be a third time.

I ordered my sub online when I got it home and opened it, half of the sub was just laying in the bag unwrapped . The other half was very loosely wrapped. I ordered a Cinnabon, and it was terrible. It chewed like rubber and tasted awful. There was no inner white paper like usual and not any napkins.

Worst subs I've every gotten from Subway. Nothing was right on my 2 subs except for the bread and meat. I did an on-line order. Walked in and sat down because I knew my order wasn't ready yet. The lady behind the counter asked if I had on line order, I said yes and she said rather rudely, it won't be ready til 1:25p. 1:10p when I sat down. Then the 3 employees proceeded to total destroy the customer that was there when I arrived. Thank goodness he had left and didn't have to hear the horrible things they were saying about him. All I can say is I won't be back to that Subway ever. I usually go to Firehouse but Subway had BOGO.
