Ordered 3 different subs for delivery . Needless to say either they don’t pay attention to orders or they give you someone else’s order because all 3 was all wrong and packed with stuff we don’t eat !!! This is not the first time our order have arrived all wrong but this will be the last time we order from them

Waited an entire hour for them to serve 4 people, it is just horrible honestly as I have no other words to describe it. If you want subway you can literally drive all the way to the next closest location and back in less time than it take to get your food at this location.

Extremely verbal agresive / abusive staff member working the night of 06/08/2024. Apparently her register needed to be counted out and my arrival was a problem for her. Despite my efforts to defuse the situation , I ended up choosing to exit without the order that I was there to pick up. I will not return to this location ever. BlackListed.

Great customer service & everything was fresh! You don't see many subways with both these days! As I sat there eating my lunch, The manager treated every customer like they were her best friend, so kind, & sweet! Also, the one lady with dreads was on top of keeping everything stocked, & she was making sure every customer smiled!! Most definitely satisfied with my experience today!😁

Absolutely 💯 WORST subway EVER! Entire order made wrong (not hard to read from a screen or printed receipt like on the bag!!!) Which caused my daughters LUNCH FOR SCHOOL to go in the trash, a $14 meal, instead of her DYING due to you putting what i said NOT TO! Not only that, both ladies behind the counter were rude and short when I picked it up, I'm a teacher I don't have 40 mins to wait in line, after I waited 5 just for acknowledgement of being there for a pick up order to be ready at a certain time ordered AN HOUR PRIOR! The I asked for a drink carrier for my drink and my daughters to be told no don't have them you gotta carry them. No sorry, or apology of any sort for simply being out. Just short, rude, and not going to be spending a damn penny at this one ever again!
The young lady that works there, Sydney, is an amazing worker. She busts her butt to make sure my sandwich is always right and made with love. Always puts a smile on my face when I see her there!

I ordered a pizza sub and blt. A normal pizza sub starts with the bread, then Marinara sauce, then your Ingredients. Not the bread and all the ingredients, then the marinara sauce. (Not even toasted like i asked) As for the BLT. It was pitiful!!! 5 thin slices of tomato, heavy Mayonnaise and heavy lettuce. And super thin and light amount of bacon.

Absolute filthiest bathroom that I have ever been in. It looked like it had not been cleaned since the late nineties and when I say that there was a quarter of an inch of Filth built up everywhere that is no exaggeration

This morning my fiance and I had door dashed some subs his was fine and up to standard but mine... I don't know what happened I got the veggie delight Italian herbs and cheese bread with provolone toasted no lettuce no tomato add spinach green peppers onions jalapenos and banana peppers anyways but it tasted so bad like fish the spinach that was added to it was extremely wilty and soggy definitely wasn't fresh it's like it was left out all night... The only way I can have subway is if it's toasted because I'm pregnant (typically they toast bread meat and cheese together) which is perfect I've gotten the same thing for years... This has me concerned because being that the veggies weren't up to par there could be an issue with bacteria growth which could be extremely dangerous in pregnancy I've gotten this multiple times like I said subway is my favorite and has been a huge craving during my pregnancy please make sure all your products (produce) is stored properly because this could be very fatal for some ... Thx
