This is by far the absolute WORST Subway I’ve ever been to, and that’s saying a lot since I travel quite a bit. Today I placed an online order for myself and a couple of colleagues, like always, the app said it was finished so I leave work to pick it up only to arrive and have the employee tell me that it’s not finished yet. Come to find out not only was my order not finished she hadn’t even started the order.Just for clarification, there were 2 other customers in there that she was making their food. I was at the restaurant for half an hour waiting only to get back to the office and discover NONE of the sandwiches were correct!! Two (2) of us paid for 50% more meat but 1 of them had probably 25% LESS than normally not to mention they each were missing items that were supposed to have been on them! I tried several times to call the store back but never got an answer. I am just dumbstruck on how bad this store is. If I could give negative stars I absolutely would.

One of the worst service person. Said bread available for order. Then canceled order for not available. Then in store no form of service as he was doing me a favor for making the sub.
When asked for extra lettuce said I don’t have anymore. I would not recommend this place at all.

The manager refused to honor our valid Subway coupon. How is this possible since this is a chain? This failure drove our price up from the advertised $10 special to $16. The staff was not friendly at all. Our family will not return.

As customer service across-the-board has plummeted lately, I must say visiting this subway was a new low. I was visiting Panama City Beach with my parents last week for my birthday when we decided to go to this subway, which would later become one of my biggest regrets. There was a family placing an order when we first walked in. There was one guy working behind the counter. It took quite a while. Long enough that we sat down to wait to place our order and my parents were talking about how ridiculous it was. When he finally got to us, it took about another 20 minutes for him to prepare our food. Around this time, I noticed there was another employee shuffling around in the back doing stuff. Not once did he come up to help the other employee get our food prepared or even check us out. Instead he takes the order of the guy that just walked in behind us, then moved him up to the front of the line in front of us and decided to ring out his sandwich before ringing us up. I looked at my mother confused and said in a very normal tone “are you kidding me? We’ve been in here for almost 30 minutes” and upon hearing this, the second employee snatched our food from the front counter that was already done and was about to be paid for and moved it to the back counter and refused to serve us. I pushed back for quite a while trying to get the food we had just driven all over town for and then waited another 30 minutes for. He refused. He also wouldn’t give me his name and threatened to call the police if we didn’t leave. He said he was the manager. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had in a food establishment and not only should both of these employees be fired and never allowed to work in food service again, this subway should be demolished and leveled to the ground based on a multitude of other reviews I’ve just read. I noticed there is no contact number for Subway customer service, but if these two rude, low-life, disgusting employees are seeing this, I hope you know I will not rest until you pay for what you did. You ruined our vacation, you ruined my birthday, and you ruined my family because we got into a huge fight after that. You will pay for what you did. I will contact any email I can until I get a response and speak to a supervisor of yours. I was a SUBWAY® rewards account holder and I will be canceling and will never eat at a Subway again. If you’re looking for food in PCB, I’d consider rummaging through a dumpster before eating at this place. You might even find those 2 employees sitting in there already. Side note: all the other customers that were in there that got good and quick service were white and we have an interracial family. I’ll let that speak for itself.
