The worst. I had a online order and I was trying to show that I paid on my app. He cut me off and said that he didnt care what was on the app. Then snatched the sub out of my hand.

Went in 20 til they closed and they refused to serve us. Lock the door if you can’t help people bc you want to go home. It was my husband, myself and our 3 year old. The girl (not foreign, not white) in the front never once spoke to us. I asked her several times if it was too late and she looked at me on the third time and just walked to the back. The utter disrespect. Had her manager come out and tell us they couldn’t serve us bc it was 9:40 and they close at 10. Ofc we were getting Togo.

I recently placed an order from here and was met with unprecedented aggression from the Indian guy.To make matters worse, he handled my food without wearing gloves, which raises serious food safety concerns.

After further looking into the situation, I discovered troubling claims about the Indian gentleman who served me, with information that he is a well known racist.

As a customer, I believe everyone deserves to be treated with basic respect and dignity, regardless of their background. I hope Subway corporate offices takes these matters seriously and addresses them promptly, both in terms of staff conduct and health code compliance.

I never thought I’d have to write something like this, but my recent experience at Subway left me shocked and deeply disappointed. During my visit, I was treated with clear disrespect and hostility that I can only describe as racially motivated. The staff’s tone, body language, and overall behavior toward me were completely different from how they treated other customers who didn’t look like me. No one should ever feel singled out or unwelcome because of the color of their skin especially not in a place where they’re spending their money. I expected to enjoy a quick meal, not to be reminded that racism still exists in such blatant ways.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Subway. The staff was not only rude but also made comments and gave looks that felt racially motivated. I was treated with a lack of basic respect, while other customers were helped with a completely different attitude. It’s unacceptable for any business to allow this kind of behavior. I won’t be returning, and I hope corporate takes action to address what’s clearly a bigger issue with training and professionalism at this location.

The door says it opens at 7am. Google maps say it opens at 7am Here i am at 7 51 and its not open. I see a worker inside so I knock on door and he clearly sees me but chooses to ignore me. I went somewhere else

The worst subway ever, I’m a local and given this place 3 chances and It was awful each time, TOURISTS DO NOT GET FOOLED! DO NOT GO THERE, everything tastes old, veggies are saggy, personal horrible with the manager included, allot of attitude, note their menu is not updated, there is no more wraps at this location so they can’t wrap nothing, instead they have a version of flat bread that’s thinner than original one, lol I never had a sub for 15 dollars despite I told them not to put all that pile of meats they usually do and hold it to half of it, still over charged me.
First I walked in and the manager with the employee were chit chatting in the office that was open to see, with all the cameras they didn’t see me walk on plus forget the door bell that rings when you walk in, a couple that was sitting by the door had to open the door to make it ring to get their attention due to me being there waiting a hot minute, then the lady comes out giving me excuses that I was standing at the wrong angle and wasn’t visible on camera, lol so I was wrong for being in the wrong angle and she was right for not even standing waiting for customers and greeting them, I would like to know who is the owner of this place? How do you keep this place open? I gave the place 3 chances, every each of them was horrible experience, food and customer service horrible, I’m a local business owner myself and had to stop there because I was hungry and it was on my way but hey, I’ll starve next time and get to another location before I buy another sub from this location. Close this location or get better employees, FIY my sub was worth 8$ not 15$.

We ordered online and went into the store where we met with the guy screaming at us!! All we wanted was the bread to be toasted before the tuna went on. This guy is unhinged and he needs to learn to deal with people correctly. He is foreign and doesn't know how to deal. It must have been the bogo that got to him. He took his personal issues out on us, rudely. He refused to see that he was rude, acting like we did something to him by making a simple request. Buyer beware, we're going to any other subway because of this crazy. Watch out.
