I love frozen yogurt places, I grew up in Florida and sweet frog has always been great and always had everything. I moved to Mississippi for school, and they don’t have any frozen yogurt. I visit this sweet frog (4/15) and they are out of almost every ice cream, and the only two toppings I get, they are also out of?? Seriously, the closing staff tonight really didn’t feel like putting out anymore cheesecake bites or strawberry boba balls after it ran out. Then cake batter icecream also was not refilled. They would rather sit on their phones in the back instead of actually working. I don’t know what happened to this place but it hurts my heart. Then the girl working behind the counter seemed annoyed serving us after we asked if they had anymore stuff. I know this is a staff issue because when I come in when the young man is working, the place is super clean and everything is always filled and in stock.

I lived in this area most of my life and was here when sweet frogs originally came to Panama City. Their original tart is the reason I ever came. I moved away 4 1/2 years ago To a small town that does not have sweet frogs. When I come back home to visit, it’s the first place I come to indulge in some FroYo. How disappointing that the last couple of years of trying to get their original tart they no longer have it out. It’s literally their original trademark flavor that this Location has decided to no longer put out or at least every time I come they don’t have it. I do come back to Florida 6 or more times a year so it’s not like it’s only once a year and I just happened to miss it. I think this will be the last time I give them my money in an effort to get what I actually come there for ? So disappointed. Any other sweet frog location I visit in other states always has the original tart. Do better Panama City do better!!

We have visited here a lot and not for sure. If the staff has turned over or maybe management has changed. the bins for toppings were a little scarce.And and some of the tables needed to be wiped down.

Sweet frog is one of the better froyo places. Fair prices as well. It goes by total weight and there are some good flavors and plenty of toppings. Just wish they had a few more options of frozen yogurt.
