I hate going to this TB and I often don’t solely because they never get the order right, and they have the absolute most miserable employees. Food is atypical TB food, neither really good nor bad.

I prefer to dine in at restaurants like these fast food restaurants should not have drive-thrus that's where your mistakes happen, dine-in that way you get your food hot and it stays hot until you finish eating.

I just love walking into my local taco bells seeing employees standing there not doing anything and asking to use the kiosk no customer service this is the second taco bell that has done this this month highway 77 was the first get rid of the kiosks please

The store was so short handed that it took 3 different people 3 different made orders to get my order right .. the manager on duty was as unprofessional as you can get .. people were waiting for 20 plus mins on orders to be made .. the only orders they seemed worried about is drive thru and dash and mobile orders .. this store would be in trouble if Mrs. Julie was to walk in and see the shape they was in .. I worked for her years ago before she built the brand new store qith it's new location and under Jenny this wasn't and did not happen .. Hoping and wishing that team the best .. Best wishes my family...

Came in to order my food. The store was not busy at all. The guy behind the counter snapped at me and told me to use a kiosk and I said are you not taking orders and he snapped at me again and told me kiosk

Best Taco Bell Ever!!!!! Food is perfect Every single time!!!
Got the app and was offered a free taco due to be signing up with them, i ordered at the wrong location by mistake. I drove 30 mins to the correct location and asked if they could remake it due to me going to the wrong one. Before I could even put the words out of asking for that accommodation the lady said “no”… i went to the window to receive my cold food and this was what i got. I will NOT be back.

Both mine and my wifes orders were wrong. After standing at the counter for a few minutes the staff that was in the back playing on their phones finally came up. She asked for it to be corrected and they were very rude. The inside of the restaurant was not very clean.

Food tastes like someone poured a whole container of salt on it. will not be back to this Taco Bell again or the one on 231. So far the best taco bell is the Lynn haven one

I been going to this Taco Bell since I could drive 14 years ago. I never have a problem when I go. The guy with the dreads, Eric(?), has always taken my order and is always a great interaction in the morning or afternoon. Never felt bad about spending the money bc the food is good for Taco Bells, unlike Edgewater Taco Bell.
