I have zero problem with the staff here. I know they're trying their best, but everytime I pull up they've got cars out the wazoo and it feels like they dont have enough help. I hope you guys get the help you need soon, bc im often here waiting 30+ minutes for my food.

I have never been treated so poorly by a manager and the staff as I was tonight at the 231 Taco Bell in Panama City Florida. I waited over 30mins in the drive through and my order was wrong. I thought no big deal I’ll just go to the door and they will fix it but boy was I wrong. A employee that had just clocked in came to the door and was nice. I explained and showed him that my one of two same burritos was almost completely empty and he said I’ll let the manager know and make you a new one. After another 30mins of standing out side and everyone inside looking at me I called and the manager said if you want it fixed to go back through the drive through but we made it right so we probably can’t remake it. The line would have been over 30 more mins as it was wrapped around the building.
I've been eating here for lunch roughly once a week for 2 years because the food always meets Taco Bell expectations and the staff is always friendly and professional. By far the best Taco Bell in town!

Staff is absolutely amazing, was super fast despite 7 vehicles infront of us. I hadn't even realized I messed up my order until it was time to pay and they easily corrected it. Over all I spent at most 10 minutes in line I was shocked by speed, service and hot fresh food.

Ordered $68 worth of food. Manager threw it at us and slammed the windows. Had to frantically wave to see if the order was complete. The staff would not open the window and waved us on. 1/3 of the order was missing. Had to drive back. This WAS our Sunday routine. NEVER AGAIN. WHAT A CRAP SHOW.
Hey management, understaffing your location during peak hours and forcing those that come in to work 12 hours followed by apology taco vouchers is absolutely laughable. I just waiting 30 minutes for a Cinnabon balls and a $2 burrito. I could have been served faster at a sit down establishment. This review is not a reflection on floor staff - rather the people making decent salary while forcing those who work for them to suffer insults and harder than necessary working conditions. Fast food has to already be a lame enough job without people like these running the show.

Just wanted to say, this Taco Bell is the best ff restaurant around Panama City that my fiancé and I have been to. We eat out 2-3 times a week due to work schedules. We have never once had a problem with our order. The one time we did they were having issues with their box and they politely fixed it at no cost to us and sent us with remade food since we had to wait in line so long. Everyone is always so happy and welcoming. I hope they all get paid very well because they definitely deserve it. By far the best staff around Panama City ff.

I want to know why they can't get simple orders right ? I'm not trying to be mean and I know fast food is hard work , extremely hard work. But dang it man. When someone ask for no chipotle sauce on their burrito, why do they feel the need to add extra. Done with this place . It's happens every time

Chalupa shell was old and tough, hard as rock around edges. Had sour cream on my items I asked for no sour cream on. Won't be back this happens too much at this location.
