The meals are so good and filling, they've helped me so much on my journey to being healthier and losing weight.
I started with MaxFit two weeks ago. They measured my lean body mass, visceral fat and about 15 other things. Put me on a meal plan. The food is delicious. I can't believe how good it is. The "lasagna" is my favorite. Ridiculously good.
I stuck with the diet. Two weeks later shirts that have never fit are loose around the waist and getting tight around my shoulders, chest and back.
