The food was good and the service was great, But the wait time was almost unbearable. 45 min wait time to be seated, And once seated we had another hour and 15 min before our meal was cooked and served. We had a party of 8 which means automatically they add 18% gratuity, but not a problem. By the time we received our meal most of us was full of appetizers and drinks. Bill was 407 and that's with gratuity. If your going on the weekend be prepared to wait a bit.
Had to wait 2 hours to be seated after calling ahead to get on the list and being told the wait for our party would be around 30 minutes. The host would not directly answer any questions about predicted wait time. We were called up but then they realized they wrote down the wrong number of people for our party- even though we confirmed the number with them twice when getting on the list, and could not seat us. I overheard the host staff saying they messed up our place on the list but that was never communicated to us and we just kept being told the tables were all occupied and we would be seated soon. After being told we were next in line 3 separate times we watched parties larger than ours be seated ahead of us. After being seated it took another 40 minutes for the chef to arrive and multiple parts of our order were messed up or missing. We were told there were no clean spoons so we couldn’t have a utensil for our soups. Food was ok but not great by any means. Shrimp appetizer was weirdly sweet tasting rather than how hibachi shrimp typically tastes and my steak was cooked far past my requested medium rare to the point of being gray and tough. Our server was nice but the rest of the staff was not very friendly, no welcome or farewell upon entering or leaving. Would not come back.

Came in for dinner at 7:15, had called ahead for a party of 7 saying that we were coming and were told they couldn’t promise a table would be ready when we got there so were prepared to wait a little bit, as any large party does at a hibachi restaurant. We arrive just before 7:15 and are told that there are multiple parties ahead of us which is fine. 7:30 rolls around and they call our party up. We go up to the host stand to be seated and are told that we are just NEXT in line and that a table isn’t actually ready yet, a little frustrating, but no big problem. 10 minutes later, 3 large parties are sat, that’s funny I thought we were next in line. Was starting to get very mad at this point because the hostess(who turns out to barely be competent at her job) said our party was next. We wait for 1 whole hour before we are called up to be sat, at this time two of our party members had to leave, a nice dinner of friends on a spring break trip, and all the dumb hostess can tell us is “Currently all the tables are occupied but we promise you are next”. We are pretty heated at this point waiting for over an hour after being told we are seated next and 2 of our party members leaving. We sit down and our server is very welcoming. After taking our orders the hibachi chef takes 45 minutes… to come out after the server had left us. Hibachi chef was okay, made many mistakes with who ordered what and our medium rare steak was cooked medium to medium-well. The vegetables were undercooked and the shrimp appetizer not close to par compared to other hibachi steakhouses. We ended up spending over 3 hours, over an hour of which was waiting after being told “you are the next party”. Overall would not recommend, staff is very poorly organized and are unable to tell customers direct answers, sub par hibachi chef, and sub par food, not to mention the white sauce was just not good at all. The only compliment I can give is that the server was exceptional considering we barely enjoyed our time because the front of house staff was so airheaded. 2/10 will not be coming back.

The waiter and the chef were the best. The chef most definitely kept us entertained the whole time! We came into town for a funeral, but the chef took our minds off of the situation while we were there. He was amazing. I really wish I could remember his name. All I can say is, he the the one that he says people speak Spanish to....??

The sushi was decent. The crab Rangoons were not. The hospitality when we arrived was zero. And the server seemed like he was in a rush, and we had to ask for plates and soy sauce bowls. Never asked if we wanted dessert and brought us the check when we were hardly done eating. Won't be going back.

By far the WORST experience at a “hibachi ” restaurant. The food was served out of order. It wasn’t even close to cooked right. And the POS “manager” Morgan was horrible and as unhelpful as they come. I wouldn’t suggest going there to my worst enemy. Mad food, bad service, bad management, and bad experience!

I am only rating this place a one because of customer service and poor management. They need to get better servers in there that will do their job with out an being rude, short and just all around horrible person. The food once we got it current was good. The cooks were amazing ?. The management need to train better and forsure need to learn customer service skills themselves. It is really sad because my sister n law works here so I really want to bring my money and business back but not until they address that server and management improves.

Horrible experience. The manager is terrible. We were waiting on sushi for almost an hour, we only ordered sushi…. Other people ate and left before we even got food. The manager refused to comp our food and gave us a $10 gift card… TO SPLIT between two people. Which we couldn’t even use for 24 hrs. He told us we needed to “figure it out.” It’s so sad because we came her Friday night and had a great time and were looking forward to the sushi. Our server Deanna was great and did her best to accommodate us. We will not be coming back.Oh and we were on our lunch break… just imagine that.Update: As suggested by the server, I called to speak to the usual nighttime manager. She wasn’t in for a few days, so on the third day I finally talked to her. I believe her name was Emily. She was also no help. She tried to convince my friends and I that we should bring the $10 gift card up there so she could split it in the threes and give us each of $3 gift cards. Yes, THREE DOLLARS. Which the manager before (which turns out to be her husband), said it wasn’t possible. Nonetheless, it was very insulting, and she was also no help.
