Went to 2 locations in the area the same morning. Both places were overwhelmingly busy but had open seating, unfortunately non of these seats had been cleared. The staff did not acknowledge us or greet us once. We ended up finding other options with far better customer service.

Walked into restaurant, no greeting from anyone. Scan the room looking for a table, so my son and I sat down waiting. Another party came in after and was greeted and directed to a table in the back. I decided to order to go. Two other parties came in and were greeted and assisted. The only employee who spoke besides ordering our food was the manager who was outside when we left.

One of the better Waffle Houses we have been to in recent times. Spotlessly clean . Tasty breakfast food products cooked perfectly. Service with a smile and a big welcome. Our server Diamond is a Diamond - Top

I've just recently discovered Waffle House. Can't believe I haven't been here before. If you want a good breakfast at a good price with good service, Waffle House is the place to go. Been to three different ones so far on my vacation and they were all excellent.

Food is burnt and terrible compared to the day shift cook . There was also a big group of us late at night and they turned us away saying they refused to serve us. We came from all over the county and the shift serving us the night had no before and no problem serving us. It was the black people that had a problem serving all the military on night shift. The people that make the company the most money when in the area this is ridiculous.
