It’s a Waffle House for sure. Menu has changed considerably since COVID, but what hasn’t. Had a two person crew running the show when I came in at about 11pm and they killed it. Food was fast and hot.

This place was awesome, the food came out so quick, they had a line going with the cooks and it worked great, so many restaurants could learn from this place amd management here. The service was the best I have seen in a long long time. I was passing through from GA. Everyone in this place made me feel so welcome. It was morning shift. It was pleasant comfortable and just down right nice. Thank you all for the wonderful food and customer service whoever is running this place, you are doing excellent job, your employees are doing great and it shows.

2.5 stars rounded up to 3 just because I used to wait tables myself and a naturally understanding one, yet smart enough to read between the lines. I still tipped 10% because I was a server myself and my entire meal was excellent, however several things happened tonight that made me rate lower than 5 stars and question returning again. I am also not one to write negative reviews. First, I was not greeted upon entering or exiting even though I said hi and bye to the staff myself but all the other customers were greeted. My server (the younger shorter girl with glasses and short, dark hair) took my order and delivered the food fast and prompt but that was it. I could already tell I was being rushed when I ordered an orange juice and a water and I had to ask twice for a water. Not checked on at all, no refills, nothing. I know servers have different techniques but the others (larger groups) were being checked on like usual and I am a consistent regular (first time getting this server to my knowledge, will leave her name out to be respectful). I kinda thought I was a mere transaction for completion because I was dining solo. Pretty sure I saw her snap her fingers when leaving the check on the table too (again, rushing). On the bright side they keep the restaurant well maintained and clean. My meal and drink were perfect no issues or concerns there. But the service left much to be desired and I was not impressed at all. I will not be back for quite a while if at all. Will be telling folks I know to err on the side of caution. Thanks for reading, may this be a learning and growing experience for both of us.
