I was in the store at approximately 1:48 am early this morning and the lady that was working the register and handling the customers was extremely rude and unprofessional. From the second my husband and son walked through the door she was hateful and disrespectful. She made some rude remarks and hand gestures. I will never be back to that location ever! I will be calling cooperate office to get this matter handled. Someone that miserable doesn’t need to be there with customers.

Horrible experience at this waffle house. I went in for my birthday and my birthday coupon in my phone. They waited to tell me it needed to be printed out until 10-15 mins of waiting. Even tho the main email doesn't say anything about needing to be printed. The waiter didn't even wish me and happy birthday and she was very standoffish and rude. This was the worst waffle house experience on my birthday.
