I was pleasantly surprised by this particular location. Typically, my experiences with Wendy's have been less than ideal, perhaps due to staff burnout from long tenure. However, despite the busy lines at this establishment, I received my lunch in a timely manner, allowing me to enjoy a portion of it within my break. I especially appreciate the chicken tenders with fries and a large drink. The staff demonstrated friendliness, and it was evident that the food was prepared fresh...

Most of the time they’re pretty good. There a person who works there, usually at night who has a great attitude and they’re efficient. In the morning is completely different. There’s a woman who just has an attitude like she don’t want to be there and don’t care about you. Tell me how I’m one of 2 people in line and I order nuggets and get a whole hamburger🤦🏻♀️Couldn’t even get through to anyone on the phone to ask for a refund.

I did not get their names but the manager and black woman that worked the front today, absolutely amazing! Good energy, kind, and exceptional customer service. I had my hands full with my infant son and the manager consistently made sure I didn’t need help taking my order or getting the door on the way out. The food was accurate, came out very quickly, and it was fresh. This location has done a 360. Staff like this is hard to find.
