It's Callaway...so not greatest but they trying. Food is captain d's - nothing special Potato was raw and loaded was clumpy... Fish had no cracklin' Butterfly shrimp was awful sorry even tried eating it soon as we got it.

We ordered 2 family feast with 2 side each and another order of French fries. Well we received all fish that did not taste like fish and only 5 pieces of shrimp and no French fries. Was not happy with the food or the service. We spent well over 100.00 for this meal. Will not never go back to this place again. The one on Tyndall Pkwy.

I love captain ds, but this location is the worst. The workers there do not care whatsoever. There is rarely any cars, yet it literally takes 20min for them to hand you your food. My husband rn is currently the only car in line and he has been sitting there 15min. Not even exaggerating. Management needs to change or step up and fire some ppl cuz it should never take that long to get food especially when their never busy. Unacceptable.

Been eating here for months usually in the evenings food was always good service acceptable, usually understaffed...new crew, only customer, around 815 single order took 25 minutes food passable,was not right out of fryer,hardly warm ,no baked potatoes,was walking out @ 910,couter guy locks door behind me with an elder,handycap couple,was getting close to the door,he tells them go drive thru...
The food was good, although they mixed up the sides. But we made it work.

Nobody knows how to work in there. Fire & replace the manager, replace your cooks, and replace the cashier. Voila, you may actually have a running, profitable, quality business. 3 people in line inside. NOT A SOUL, sitting and eating inside. Waited in the drive thru for 30 mins. Was told to wait 3 times, 3rd times a charm, we left.

I have been setting in drive through for 30 minutes now. Said they are backed up inside on orders. Alot of cars has went around me. They need more help, especially around lunchtime. I ordered delux seafood. I got chicken instead of fish. Very disappointed especially having to weight so long to order and to receive food. Yes i know check before pulling out. The fish and chicken looks the same with out tasting it..
