This is the worst restaurant. I ordered my food and asked if the coleslaw was included. The manager told me no, and I asked if I could order a coleslaw, and he said it costs 4 dollars. I said no, forget it. I sat down at the table to eat, and the manager came with a coleslaw and said, 'Here, the coleslaw, you look like a bomb.

This place was by far the worst eveytime me and my husband comes in tiffany is her name I believe this poor girl have really showed us what a dedicated worker is not only is she doing drive through front cashier and cooking she doing the thing with a smile on her face I've come plenty of times with it just her and another lady she is the only reason we still come to captain DS her smile alone lights up the place we come every senior day but she need to be recognized and a good old raise for all the hard work this poor girl does alone but it sure has come along way

Placed an order a week ago for butterfly shrimp and stuffed crabs last week. When I went into the store to pick up my order they tell me they were out of butterfly shrimp and gave me popcorn shrimp instead. They could have just called me to tell me they were out as I know the app provides them with my phone number to call. So I told them that I would like a full refund instead since I only get their butterfly shrimp. They had a full MELTDOWN it seemed like cussing in the back because I didn’t want the popcorn shrimp. No one had a clue it seemed like how to refund it. They gave me a receipt saying it was voided and told me that i would get the refund in my account in a few days. Well over a week later STILL NO REFUND. These people will steal your money. This location in general seems to be getting worse.
Only one at the restaurant and it took forever to get my food then it was all wrong I ordered a seafood sampler and all I got was fish and chicken..this makes the second time they were supposed have made it right from the last time but this time is even worse all the employees are worried about is there phones..I dont recommend this place at all..so tell me does the photo look like a seafood sampler...they are a joke I think is a front..

Wow! What a difference! The fish, in fact ALL THE FOOD ORDERED WAS DELICIOUS! THE DRIVE THRU PERSON TODAY WAS COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. I CALLED, ASKED FOR THE MGR WHO I FOUND OUT WAS NAMED NOAH. COMMENDED THEM ON AN EXCELLENT JOB!!! FOR THOSE WHO GAVE UP ON CAPT D'S RETURN! GREAT FOOD AND EXCELLENT SERVICE.
