I have been to this place 4 times in the last two weeks. Every time insit and wait for somebody to answer at the drive through but they never do. I go up to door and is locked 3 hours before closing. And i can hear the girls inside laughing... never will I go back to this place.

They forgot my shrimp in my order. Took a very long time through the drive thru to get the order. Just saying. The fish was very delicious, despite the issues.

Asked for fish and fries, got a complete different meal. The fish that was in the meal was burnt. First time I ever got a bad meal there though. It was drive thru, but the lady at the window was super nice and friendly

Waited in line for 15 minutes. No movement, others experienced same thing. Slow, slow, slow! 12:30pm Sunday afternoon. We joined 2 other cars that got out of line and left
No greeting at the drive-thru, sat for 5 minutes until we realized we had to say something to get the workers attention. Got up to the window and waited maybe 10 minutes because the girl working the drive-thru was tending to front counter customers even though we spotted another employee walking back and forth towards the drive-thru window and counter. Got the food and it was severely undercooked, the batter on the fish was still runny, even if the fish itself was hot. I’m not going to this location again.

I ordered my food online for pickup at 5 didn't get till 533... I ordered the family meal.... I asked for 3 tarter sauce only got one.... my kids wanted there hush puppies but they didn't put in my order.... I just made cornbread muffins instead
