Asked for fish and fries, got a complete different meal. The fish that was in the meal was burnt. First time I ever got a bad meal there though. It was drive thru, but the lady at the window was super nice and friendly

No greeting at the drive-thru, sat for 5 minutes until we realized we had to say something to get the workers attention. Got up to the window and waited maybe 10 minutes because the girl working the drive-thru was tending to front counter customers even though we spotted another employee walking back and forth towards the drive-thru window and counter. Got the food and it was severely undercooked, the batter on the fish was still runny, even if the fish itself was hot. I’m not going to this location again.

I ordered my food online for pickup at 5 didn't get till 533... I ordered the family meal.... I asked for 3 tarter sauce only got one.... my kids wanted there hush puppies but they didn't put in my order.... I just made cornbread muffins instead

Waited in drive thru for about 20 mins until we decided to go inside instead. Walked in and there is an odd smell about the place, doesn't smell like fish or clean, more like musty. Waited for another 10 mins and never was greeted or acknowledged. Looked to be about 2 whole people running the whole restaurant, so the franchise owner is to partly blame for this experience. Decided to leave tho, when the girl at the dive thru asked if the rice was done and the cook said it still has to cook, and in the same breathe said, yep sure it's done, whatever. I wasn't taking the risk of them doing the same with my food. Probably won't go back to this specific location. 1st and last time there.

I ordered the ultimate seafood and got what you see here (minus 3 shrimp) they completely forgot my fish. On top of that I waited at the speaker at the drive through for 10 minutes. The last 2 visits consisted of a 45 minute wait in the drive through and then me leaving after 15 minutes at the speaker with no response. Horrible service at this location and I have no idea how this location will stay in business for much longer at this rate.

I had posted a few years ago when they stopped taking old coupons and really cut back ony business there. My family wanted a quick seafood dinner and went there... arguably against my better judgment. We ordered and they gave us our drinks. I went back up after about 7 or 8 minutes to get some lemons and they were fairly busy with most people in the back cooking, I guess. There weren't many people in line and we had a 4 person order. So we did see several of the customers after us leave or get their food. About 30 minutes later we inquired and we're told our food was almost ready. I went up a few minutes later to also request condiments and saw the food sitting in the window. A few minutes more and they came and brought it to the table the food was all over cooked aside from fries and regular sides. We ate anyway as we were hungry and had a hungry 3 year old as well.

I have been going to this location for the past 6yrs and may I say this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It doesn’t matter how much you repeat your order they still mess up and have a nasty attitude behind it!
