Very tasty! Great cheerful staff and ambiance. Primary colored painted tables, chairs, wall hangings of villages, etc. I had the Baja salad which was loaded with steak. Added some chulula and it was very good. My dad had the cheese quesedillas which filled the plate and made him smile. The parking lot was empty on a Friday. Hoping that's no indication of things to come as I'd definitely go back to Blue Agave.
We go here very often. tonight. It was very busy and they had two large parties. Service was really off and it was noisy with a lot of kids running around. But, as always, the food is very good.
Have been here a few times for lunch. Got the Chicken Fajitas today as the lunch special. Chips and salsa on the table prior to meal. Fajitas arrived on hot plates with all of the included sides; rice, sour cream, pico de gallo, lettuce, cheese, refried beans, and 3 fresh tortillas. The main dish was a sizzling plate of seasoned chicken brrast with sautéed peppers and onions. All was delish!
