If I could I would have put zero stars Whenever I go to BJ's I get some donuts for the kids (2 maybe twice a month) anyways the few times I went the people are hanging out in the back I Literally have to scream "excuse me" just to order. However today took the cake the guy comes out from what ever he was doing in the back then sees me and stats to fill some green liquid on to the container. Takes about 3-5 minutes sure I could see how busy the place is. Ok fine then finally it's my turn I ask for 6 donuts he says that's all we have is that what you want. Yes I see order from the limited selection. I get home and I swear the donuts are at least 2 days old if not more , not only stale but definitely taste odd. Don't think I will be stoping her no more.

The people at this store are very nice on worker stands out his name is David and Barbara always Great u with a smile on their faces and always asks how your day is going by far the best service I have ever had even if the are Busy he’s always smiling and says he’ll be with you in a moment on the orders always come hot and fresh every time I have never had a problem with ordering from the store ever it’s not like other dunkin Donuts that always mess up your order The coffee is always right never water down and great flavor

I had an appointment for the next day at the tire center. I went a day early to see if the could install the tires early. Mike and the manager John agreed to take my vehicle early with out an appointment, even though it was going to cause more work for them that day and they would have to stay a little longer. The guys took care of my tires and it freed me up to do others things. The guys were very friendly and did the job expeditiously. Thanks guys.

Bjs Tire department in Parkland lacks customer service. On top of that, I didn't know you needed an appt for a nail in tire?!?! What sense does that make?!?! I guess next time around I'll push a nail in my tire then make an appt with them!!! NOT! Got it done elsewhere without any issues.

Bought the fixings for a party at BJs today. Ordered sandwich players from the Deli and cake from the bakery. I could not be more please with the service or the product provided. The staff was great making changes to the cake for us when we arrived and changed our mind on something. The did it with a smile and a "no problem sir" they made a stressful process easy. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to everybody.

The General Manager is plain and simple, a racist black woman against Caucasians and Latin people, she mistreated an elder Latino woman asking her to speak English to her , another woman that was watching the event, try helping and the manager told her if she was related to the elder Latino woman and when she said no, she told her that she didn't have to speak to her then, another white woman saw what was going on and intervened and the manager called her cracker, after a while she was talking to another black woman and was talking about a how she is getting back to all those white people and the specks(Spanish), please avoid this BJs if you can or if you see this GM , video record anything you see, she is a racist and does not care for anybody but black people.

Only go to this Bj's if you want common things. This BJ's is small and doesn't have everything compared to other BJ's. Anything really really specific or limited edition, you might not find it. Also, they don't give out that much samples (if you're a sample eater like me, ahaha). There's isn't a BJ's food court like the Coral Springs location. You can still do an eye exam and go to the liquor store side. It's in a big plaza with japango and other restaurants so it's not hard to miss. Good thing is that the staff are still nice and will help you no matter. You can still do self check-out and get help on the size. Parking can be full sometimes but at least the parking is not tight!
I usually buy tires from Costco this time i tried to change my 20 year old habit and go to BJ which i'm very happy with it .Tried to inquire about new tires for my van....the tall and tattooed harm man with dirty hands beyond the desk was not very patient and efficient ,needless to say i walked out without tires and going back to Costco.

Typical warehouse style shopping venue selling everything including food. I joined merely for the discounted gas of ten cents per gallon. These types of clubs are for larger families. I am only two people in my household. Prices are lower than other retailers but I have found prices lower in other outlets offering BOGO....buy one get one free plus the coupon(s). Still I enjoy shopping here. They carry both branded items and items under their own logo. I purchase very few items here. The savings on gas more than makes up for the price of the card which is $55 for a regular card. Purchases except gas carry anywhere from a two-five percent kickback when you us your my rewards BJ MasterCard. Kickbacks are credited in twenty dollar increments which can be used to buy items in the warehouse. Plus if you allow them to debit your credit card for membership renewals, you will save ten dollars bringing your cost to $45.00 instead of $55.00 It's a fun place to shop. Weekends bring food samplings.

Love being able to get things in bulk. Friendly staff. Not a lot of room to move around with carts during busy times. Got my cake here and it was good.

I saw an outdoor lounge chair at BJ's, i had had my eye on it since is the exact same color and material as my current patio furniture set. I debated buying it, but when I saw it went on sale, I was sold. The only problem, is that everytime I went to my local store, they did not have it. I went to their customer service desk and asked if they could order it for me. I was told I had ro go on line and have them ship it to a store. This is not true, in fact, you can only get these items from stores that currently have it. And so, I came to this store, I was able to get two on line. I came to pick them ip the same day, and they were ready for me. Painless process. I also got a few items I needed, and found this store to be bidder than the one I ususally visit. I would not venture all the way here everytime, since my local BJ is walking distance, but this is a great store.
