Saw a worker pick their nose while making someones sandwich didnt wash her hands after or anything just went back to working truly disgusting and made me walk out without even ordering my food really disappointing since ive been a regular customer at this location for years good news is the local jimmy johns will be getting a new customer cuz that is just unacceptable and disgusting 👎👎👎

Hi, Eric I got a tuna sandwich today and it was dry, didn’t taste as good like b 4 and the lady who was slicing turkey for the person in front of me, the turkey juice was going everywhere and my bread was near it, then this other lady put a tin of lettuce on a mini sub some was left on the counter the same girl who was slicing turkey put the remaining lettuce back in when she should’ve thrown it out. It’s not sanitary. The sandwich made me sick after eating it.

I just went in for a simple order and was served by Cody. He was very on top of everything, had a great personality, was efficient and even knew the order of a regular who came in right behind me. He gave me manager vibes but to my understanding is not a manager. This is a great location and employees like him make it that way.

This location is by far the best when it comes to service, cleanliness, and quality. The staff was very attentive as soon as we walked in and even offered suggestions for my brothers sub choice. Friendly staff, and the store was very well kept and clean. Our subs were amazing and fresh. Though I live closer to another location, I will continue to make the extra 10 min drive for this location.
My husband picked up 2 corned beef sandwiches on monday 11/18. The meat was so tough and chewy we could barely eat them. Threw most away.

I came to grab a sub in a place I’m familiar with getting quality food but the two preparers in the front slammed my bread on the counter and without any kind of paper or plastic to protect the bread from the bacteria infested counter. I then get passed over to the next girl and she just wet a white towel that was stained brown dirty looking wiped the counter and had the audacity to place my bread in the counter as well HOW DISGUSTING whoever has trained these kids needs to retrain them and do a better job. This is unsanitary she wet that towel in a bucket that had water for god knows how long and then wiped it where she is putting food bare on the counter as is the other boy slicing the meats. This should be a different process especially with customers watching you. I give this place a 1 star and do not recommend anyone to eat there they should have someone go in and do an inspection on health and safety this was truly a distasteful experience.

If I could give this a zero I would at this point. We have been coming for years and years. Literally the last SEVERAL times we’ve ordered from app it’s been wrong. Whether it’s wrong toppings or not adding double meat and we paid for it. I never complain. But I’m tired of having to go back or argue with them that they made sandwich right when clearly it’s wrong. Look at pic below. There is clearly a single serving of chicken and they want to fight me about it. Unless the portions are getting smaller and it isn’t communicated. It’s the same amount as the other phillys we ordered.
